justwise: They don't necessarily mean the same thing, not all govt officials holds red passport.Maybe you are right, but when going on an official, state business to another country, then you need a diplomatic passport. Hence, the reason I used the word 'ALMOST' and not 'OUTRIGHTLY'. |

rovert: I know what a diplomatic passport is, but what is an official passport? These people should just use words that make things plain instead of using words that can be exploited by funny officials? Are there unofficial passports?I believe those two words means almost the same, just another redundant use of words, I think. |

justwise: Can you tell us what is misleading about it?The title itself, I'm sure the new agreement doesn't apply to all types of passport but specifically to holders of official and diplomatic passports. The phrase..."Nigerian Passport Holders", is too broad and generalised and it negates what the subject matter is all about. Go figure! |
