My family and I are currently on DQ stage since January 27th 2021 now awaiting interview schedule. My question is: what's the possibility of adding a 3rd child to the petition should we have another another baby before the interview, how will that affect our application having gone this far.

The name used for my petition is my full name/dads 1st name/family name as appeared on my birth certificate, but the name I have on most of my documents including passport is the short form of my 1st name/ family name only. However, My middle name appeared only in my marriage documents.
I need advice on the best way to sort it out.
