Imagine an app that has 200 routes, now you will have to go to each controller file to know which route actually exists.

There's a psychology behind ghosting.


More often than not, it's young women who frequently ghost men for this reason:

If your girlfriend is between the ages of 18-25, she's always being hit upon (toasted) by several men. It so happens while she's dating you, she will meet guys who are better than you. Rather than break things off, she will take a break from the relationship to try the new guy out. She won't return your calls, spend weekends unavailable, appear to be moody. She's testing the waters with new guy while still guaranteed your commitment. At that moment, you're her backup plan.

If new guy is better/richer/funkier and if he offers commitment, after a month of ghosting you, she will break things off officially. If the dude doesn't match you, she'll make up some BS reason to return. Ghosting is the warning sign your competition is auditioning for her affection.

Don't just take my word for it, there are countless examples where this actually happened. Listen to the guys in this video narrate how their girlfriends ghosted them for over a week and a month.

1. It's almost impossible for top clients to reach out to you unless you're on expert level and have a trailer load of completed projects up your sleeves.

2. I used to think that if a client is suspended connects would be refunded. Cos I've once seen a job where when I tried to apply I was told that the client is suspended. So those who applied would their connects be refunded? I've never experienced job cancelation before tho.

The problem I have with upwork on this their connect jobs is that most clients still leave their job ads open even after getting the hands they need. Thus making people waste their connects apply for them.

I applied for a particular project management job is saw on the 20th of December. (normally I do save jobs I apply for so that I can follow it and know what's up) the client reached out 2 days later, fixed an interview twice and hired myself and someone else.

When I checked the job is saw 2 hires yet the job was still open. Someone who doesn't know his way around upwork would just waste his connects applying for it.

There should be a connects refund system for jobs that no longer exists. Cos spending $45 to buy 300 connects no be beans.

Please I need help if someone has experienced something similar. A contract didn`t go as expected and the client requested for an escrow refund which I approved, but it seems I also have to give the client feedback for the approval to be successful.
Upwork sent a reminder again this morning that the money will be returned to the client automatically after 7 days (I have 2 days to approve or reject the request). Will my account be suspended for not approving the request?
