The only thing delaying the shortlist is covid-19 not promotion as stated earlier here by someone. Better keep your busy and be praying that they should release it by mid September according to the timeline that I saw.

As I've said Earlier, The same Directorate being Responsible for both Promotion and Recruitment in the NIS is what is delaying The Recruitment and Not Covid19...

If the Covid19 whatever is as serious as U av packaged it, then why were this year's DSS Applicants Allowed to Write the screening Exam, Participated in Medicals and Interview Simultaneously, ALL DURING THIS CORO PERIOD and within the space of 6 days. ..

Immigration recruitment process will be concluded next year march take it or leave it, that is the truth.. because immigration recruitment 2020/2021 hadnt bn budgeted for, in fact its not included in 2020 budget so applicant needs to wait for 2021 budget may be it will be included.

According to the 2020 budget presentation on 8th of October Last year at the Senate Chambers by President Buhari, I quote....
***The NON-DEBT RECURRENT EXPENDITURE includes N3.6 trillion for PERSONNEL AND PENSION COSTS, an increase of N620.28 billion over 2019. This increase reflects the new minimum wage as well as our proposals to improve remuneration and welfare of our Police and Armed Forces.****

The PERSONNEL highlighted includes also, THE RECRUITMENT EXPENSES FOR THE MINISTRIES AND AGENCIES THAT INTEND TO DO MASS RECRUIT...


Now, Also, during the March 18, 2020 budget Review Announcement by the MINISTER OF FINANCE due to the EFFECT OF COVID19, she said and I quote....

***“I can just say that the bulk cut is about N1.5 trillion, the reduction in the size of the budget. And this includes N457 billion from PMS under-recovery,”. THE PLANNED RECRUITMENT INTO THE COUNTRY'S CIVIL SERVICE WOULD BE SUSPENDED EXCEPT FOR ESSENTIAL SERVICES SUCH AS SECURITY AND HEALTH SERVICES.***

This Also further explains the fact that the Initial budget for THE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR in this Case remain Unscathed Coz THEY (NIS) PROVIDES SECURITY SERVICE TO THE NATION AT THE BORDER AREAS AND POINTS OF ENTRIES INTO THE COUNTRY... The 2020 Civil defence and Nigerian Immigration recruitment budget still remains Untouched (read through the Ministry's official website)...

To further let you know that The Budget Allocation for the Ministry of Interior is Untouched with the Inclusion of Recruitment Expenses, A separate 35 Billion Naira Was Earmarked for the Ministry's Capital Expenditure (Building of structures and Purchase of Equipment) and this Paved way for the Initiation and Completion (as the case may be) of the 10 UNITS OF FIRE FIGHTING TRUCKS commissioned by Mr Rauf Aregbesola on the 8th of June, 2020; The SIX FIRE SERVICE ZONAL COMMANDS (Bauchi, Makurdi, Kubwa, Abeokuta, Kano and Enugu ) THAT WERE ESTABLISHED AND THE 6 FIRE TRAINING SCHOOLS (Katsina, Kwara, Osun, Abia, Borno and Cross Rivers states) THAT WERE ALSO COMMISIONED THIS YEAR JUNE

My humble Opinion/Piece.

More Wisdom Sir... My input on Ur Suggestions

(1) If we are to Increase our Miliatry support spending, then We must firstly Switch to a PRODUCING ENTITY Via which we start EXPORTING 9JA MADE MILITARY HARDWARES THAT ARE OF INTERNATIONAL ACCEPTABLE STANDARDS to at first, our sister african countries... Income generated from the sale can then now be Used to Purchase Sophisticated Weapons to combat the UNREST in the NE and NW.... THIS IS JUST THE SIMPLE APPROACH THAT MADE IT SO EASY FOR THE ADVANCED COUNTRIES TO SPEND HEAVILY ON THEIR MILITARY

As for the Security Trust Fund (STF), let's just put that aside coz we all know it will surely end like that of Dasuki Gate ($2.1bn)... If we are to be Sincere with ourselves, then I'd like to ask that:
(a) Are the Army Authorities being Sincere and Transparent enough with the LITTLE ALLOCATION earmarked to them??
(b) Using the Case study of the SECURITY VOTES BEING ALLOCATED TO EACH STATE, How Many Governors are Sjncere with its spending??


(2) I think that's why the CJTF were also Integrated to help fight the Insurgency in the NE... IMHO, I am fully in support of what Governor Zulum said the other time he was attacked that THERE IS SABOTAGE IN THE MILITARY AND UNLESS IT IS TACKLED, BOKO-ISWAP MENACE WILL STILL REMAIN AN ACTIVE FORCE.

Also don't let us forget the outburst of Mailari that A SITTING GOVERNOR IN THE NORTH IS THE COMMANDER OF BOKO HARAM IN NIGERIA... He was Callwd upon for Interrogation by the DSSC and He was Later Set free Afterwards, after which he Came out to Say Again that HE IS READY TO LAY DOWN HIS LIGE LIKE MANDELA DID...

Do we Now ignore All this RED FLAGS??


(3) Is it not this Same Nigeria that Maj Gen Enenche Said and I quote **WE KNOW THE SPONSORS OF BOKO HARAM BUT IT IS NOT THE DUTY OF THE ARMY TO MAKE AN ARREST, BUT RATHER THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES (NIA AND DSS)**...

My comment on this is just that We are still not Ready to End this Insurgency Menace..

When compared with the mercury readings for both systolic and diastolic blood pressure, SENSITIVITY AND SPECIFICITY OF ANEROID DEVICE WAS HIGHER (86.7% and 98.7%) THAN DIGITAL DEVICE (80% and 67.7%). RECEIVER OPERATING CHARACTERISTIC CURVE HAD LARGER AREAS UNDER THE CURVE FOR ANEROID DEVICE THAN DIGITAL DEVICE FOR BOTH SBP and DBP.

CONCLUSION

THE ANEROID DEVICE (MANUAL) HAD BETTER ACCURACY THAN THE DIGITAL DEVICE AS COMPARED TO MERCURY SPHYGMOMANOMETER AND SHOULD BE USED FOR PROPER AND BETTER MANAGEMENT.

It's the fasting routine whereby throughout the Period U av decided to participate in it, YOU WOULDN'T TASTE ANYTHING THAT HAS PEPPER OR SALT OR ANY SWEETENER...

ALLOWABLE FOODS DURING THE PERIOD INCLUDE::

(1) Fruits Generally
(2) Cooked Yam without adding Salt
(3) Pap without Milk, Sugar or Honey
(4) Boiled Plantain
(5) Garri without adding ANYTHING
(6) White Rice without Salt (can be taken with SMOKED FISH ONLY and Not any other form)

IMPORTANT NOTICE::

(1) SIN either the Major and Minor ones are the Main obstacle to Answering of Prayer, so Sum1 should try as much as possible to abstain from any form of it as it enhances Acceptance of ones Prayer (Alongside SINCERE REPENTANCE)
