Uspic:Don't forget that the NIS has 8 DIRECTORATES and THE SAME DIRECTORATE (HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT DIRECTORATE) is responsible for APPOINTMENTS, PROMOTIONS, TRAINING AND STAFF DEVELOPMENT, STAFF WELFARE AND GENERAL SERVICES...
