Those who don't give away to the poor and refuse to obey the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ will never enter into the Kingdom of Heaven- Matthew 25 vs 41 - 46.

As , it says, the tithing and Offerings laws are defined inside of the Old Covenant Law of Moses and the details of the Law you can read of in the books of Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy.
