I used thenetnaija to download the movie The Swordsman, there are normally two files, the movie file and the subtitle file, download both.
In your vlc player while playing the movie right click and go to Subtitles, Load Subtitle, then navigate to the folder you downloaded the subtitle file then click on it, then click open.
You will start seeing the dialogues in English.

I use VLC, on my data and download from there...I don't know where they source it from but it's always spot on
