My question is this, I noticed people sharing their testimony on ppr are mentioning documents submitted, are those documents submitted during biometric or when they will send their passport for stamping ? . Am still awaiting appointment for my biometric

Coz if you are waiting biometrics it means you have sent in you application.And all documents submitted too.Abi how did you do your own?

That’s impossible,left it there with who for what?they don’t keep peoples passport and the embassy didn’t request for it.Go and ask questions oh,before they dash you 5yrs ban.

Hello, Please I am asking this question to help sort out my cousin's issues. I honestly don't know anything about Canada waka, someone directed me here so please assist us. She applied for Visa since May, till date nothing. we have written them but they said its slow because of covid. Now they are at the verge of requesting that they return the passport "we no do again" a mail has been sent to the school for refund. I told them to hold on and let me hear from those who know about this application process.
Please assist with answers so we can move forward. Thank you

Did you use any agent?
Cos Canada no dey collect anybody passport till it’s time to stamp it (atleast since they stopped paper application).

I'm not sure if you're an admin, but even if you are, why would you make such a snap judgment about someone you've never met?
There's no rule dictating that you have to return right away, or at all to "testify".
Let's not forget that what someone submitted to get a PPR does not guarantee the same approval for another person.


If no rules were broken, feel free to express your thoughts pertaining to his/her question without passing judgment.

Thank you for your response.... Let me explain to you... I did engineering, I am working in my field I applied for a course in engineering. Reasonable expense might be that considering all the money I have will be spent on the education I am planning to do in Canada...remember this was said from my first application.... As I feel they judged me based in only my salary .... So I had to break it down on how the money rolls in.... Now I have a business already established... I even have a company CAC... Then I had to get a new equipment to add to the existing one to show that I still plan to continue my business which I feel was a good home tie (my own thinking).... I told them about my parents as well but I did not put the pictures of parents or siblings.... But I used a sponsor that's my cousin different surname.... But I added his picture of me and him together.......I then added my finance also... Also landed properties ... Then I explained how the course I am going for will be beneficial to my current job and Nigeria at large.... And about the lump sum ... This was from the first application in my second application I stated that I have transferred all the cash to my other account so there was no any lump sum in the second application....

Sorry about the delay. I think you should include pictures with your parents and siblings,include any form of ID they have too(passport,national ID or even NIN) anyone you can get.This Visa thing some people breeze through while others have to go the extra mile,it’s just a reminder of how life is structured….Best wishes.

They were two sisters with same sponsor, their mum. One was denied and the other issued ppr. Only for the one that was issued ppr to be emailed that her ppr was issued in error. I think it was reversed when they realized it was same sponsor for both and they were sisters and the funds won't be enough for both applicants

I doubt if this is the actual reason for the refusal. He or she should apply for GCMs note to determine the exact reason for refusal. This because on this platform, we have seen people with less amount and some have not even made deposit for school fees, yet got their application approved.

It's a 1 year program and the fees are approximately 18,000 cad

If that’s the case,the money is small,yes it’s enough for the fees and living expense but you can’t use up all you have to get a degree,she needs to have that amount and a lot more to prove financial capability my opinion

Please I wanted to ask is 8.5M too small for study permit application cause a friend got denied the general reason was cause of financial status and personal assets and she also had landed documents and has paid first semester school fees. From what I know the money should be enough nto pay second semester fees and accomodations for a year and still remain
I just want to know if we need more before she reapplies or we just need to repackage and reapply

Using me as an example, my tuition is 15000 for 2 years. If I pay the first year at 7500, do I have to show the remaining 7500 in my account with 2 years living cost ? Your response will be highly appreciated?

To answer your question: yes you have to show enough money to cover balance of fee and 1 year living expense

No I disagree,ask your question till someone in your school or experience finds it,they will certainly reply.Visa is one thing we are all seeking here,while schools can’t be same for everyone.People are getting/have gotten all the info from scratch here so don’t be discouraged

Based on what we read here….
Some get asked while some are not.
Best to have it with you,basically your account statement showing living expense should suffice. But if you wish to print your dad’s own along no problem,better to over prepared than under prepared (paper no get weight)

I still have an issue, I did the booking for my son and I, using my passport number for both bookings. My son's passport is yet to be ready but will be ready before the scheduled date for the medicals.

I feel waiting for his passport before booking for medicals will delay my visa application
process.

Please house, will this affect our medicals?

I booked for myself and son in July (Qlife) I wasn’t asked to input his passport details,I didn’t have the passport yet,I have gotten it now and our appointment is next week.So I think that shouldn’t be a problem
