Go to your bank tell them what happened that you have been scammed...they will pull up the transaction, contact the person's bank and freeze her account.....

Sorry about your lost sis, i know how it feels, someone also scammed me here on Nairaland before the lockdown around, March. Report the account to the bank, but go and get a court affidavit, take the court affidavit to your bank and the bank your transfer to.

complain both online and offline to your bank and her bank. I don't see d need for police report and court order when u can simply report the scammer's bank account and the account will be flagged down.
