Ridiculous. See my post above. It is like saying Twitter is backed by US government agencies using it. Twitter benefits from that BUT they also need to use Twitter and Twitter won't collapse if they stopped using it

Euro is an amazing currency indeed. By the time it started, the currency was rock bottom, cos its value was the effective value of all EU member states’ economies. But today, the currency has prospered, yet Euro is not the world’s reserve currency. Oil is not sold in Euro. That was not the Bretton woods agreement.
As for Elon Musk, the analogy is not similar. All Musk’s competitors didn’t band together to create a platform big enough to rival Twitter. Trump created TRUTH and I don’t think he did it for profit.

Yet Euro had almost no impact on dollar.
Oil being sold in Dollar is not a one-way thing. They NEED to sell oil in Dollar just same way someone who hates Elon needs to use twitter.
Once something is entrenched and imbedded it goes way beyond initial impetus like Brentwood or oil.

I'm the furthest thing from conspiracist. I am totally facts. You people don't understand how hard it is to dislodge something established. Example, when Elon bought Twitter, Facebook and others who can't stand Elon launched their own platforms. Where are they today?
Everyone also thought Euro would be end of the dollar. It hardly had any impact.
My honest prediction (not hope, prediction) is that this Bric, if it materialises at all, will be a novelty currency while people will continue with dollar as if nothing happened.
