FallenEmbers:So Onnoghen, a Supreme Court Justice, is the opposition PDP? Good to know. More reason to hammer the thief. |
PaChukwudi44:Hehe grandpa has crawled out of his hideout ![]() Still grabbing broomsticks to float? It's no longer "Buhari cannot suspend Chief Justice", it's now "Shebi he is still a justice?"...na small small ![]() When Atiku receives his thrashing next week he will still be a retired Kameroonian customs officer so you go dey alright . |
modath:From Jonathan, to Dasuki, to Saraki, to Fayose, to Dino and now Onnoghen; the serial loser never learns his lesson ![]() The old man is somewhere hiding now as usual, with his tail in between his legs waiting for the final blow on Feb. 16th ![]() |
PaChukwudi44 is only updating the website... Onnoghens name will be restored shortly. ![]() |
BabaAduras:It is impossible to play pragmatic politics when one is driven by emotions and foul attitude, especially hatred, pride and vindictiveness. |
modath:Kamerunian body odor doing wonders...even more people are decamping from the looters paradise party Dem no dey tell blind man say rain dey fall . |
This is expected. Saraki is committing legislative fraud by going to court on behalf of the whole senate with a majority opposition, without meeting to reach a resolution first. |
PMB has already won the elections so this is needless. No Cameroonian fraudster is a match for Sai Baba. |
Winners always go for the juiciest piece of the pie. Unlike Boubacar El Camerooni |
PaChukwudi44:Haha you should take your own advice pops. |
Mynd44:If you know, you know |
PaChukwudi44:Are Yobe NBA lawyers mechanics? Abi is Yobe in Jamaica? Lol. The boycott was shunned in Abuja, Lagos, Yobe and across the country Pa Shukudi, stop this dance of shame. Of course the Ostrich only sees what it wants to see ![]()
|
PaChukwudi44:Keep playing ostrich. Boycott kor Girl Scout ni...Ordinary association feeling funky ![]() https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/308730-onnoghen-why-we-ignored-nba-boycott-order-nigerian-lawyers.html
|
PaChukwudi44:Did suspect Onnoghen PARTICIPATE in Forex trading or not? Or you think making investment decisions in a business is not PARTICIPATORY? You should know when to quit. |
neolboy:Hope you will be in court on Monday ![]() |
CityNGR:I know right? Second only to the N/West's 19 million. And the coolest thing is that all states in the region are under one roof. That's what makes the North-S/Western alliance so lethal ![]() |
PaChukwudi44:The same NBA whose two-day strike order was just ignored & ridiculed by senior and junior lawyers across the country, from Lagos to Abuja to Yobe to Sokoto? Keep playing ostrich. |
CityNGR:Lol even those whose votes matter don't make mouth like y'all do. Your bloc votes failed to stop PMB last time, and your bloc votes remain inconsequential. Empty barrels make the loudest noise.
|
neyobills:A smarter one than you already tried but couldn't bring me down to your gutter language level. Try harder. The CCT constitutionally has the sole right to treat all matters relating to asset declarations and any fraud associated with them. It slammed charges of fraud against Onnoghen days before they were to sit next which needed to be investigated, which is why the suspect used his position to try to frustrate it by postponing sittings indefinitely. The case starts in three days. Argue with the judge. |
neyobills:That is a bare faced LIE. The CCT had already slammed fraudulent asset declaration charges against the CJN at the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) few days earlier to January 15th. This is Onnoghens problem. https://www.legit.ng/1217973-report-reveals-onnoghen-allegedly-postponed-njc-meeting-indefinitely-fear-suspension.html http://saharareporters.com/2019/01/25/exclusive-how-onnoghen-postponed-njc-meeting-indefinitely-fear-being-suspended

CityNGR:I'm glad you can now see that Onnoghen is FAR from innocent and is indeed a TYRANT for trying to frustrate his case by indefinitely postponing NJC sittings when they were supposed to look into the allegations against him, thereby ABUSING the constitutionally required process. Your thread is dead on arrival. Save your energy for Suspect Onnoghens trial. Bye. |
CityNGR:From trying to pretend he's innocent to trying to play victim. Lol. It's alright. Present your protest to the court, the date Onnoghens trial resumes is Feb. 4th. Meanwhile you've not answered the question. Why did Onnoghen try to frustrate the case by indefinitely postponing NJC sittings when they were supposed to look into the allegations against him? Is that the constitutional process? |
CityNGR:I know what the CCB act says (stop sounding like a scratched CD). You have still not answered the question. Aren't you a defender of the constitution anymore? Why did Onnoghen try to frustrate the case by indefinitely postponing NJC sittings when they were supposed to look into the allegations against him? Is that the constitutional process? If he was truly innocent, he would have allowed the case run its course and establish his innocence, instead of trying to his position to frustrate it. http://saharareporters.com/2019/01/25/exclusive-how-onnoghen-postponed-njc-meeting-indefinitely-fear-being-suspended Your thread seeking his innocence lacks substance without answering the above question.

I expected that if you had the mental capacity to start a thread that seeks opinions, you'd be responsible and mature enough to express yourself in a sane and civil manners, not looking for who you'll drag down to the gutter with that gutter language. Let's try this again. Why did Onnoghen try to frustrate the case by indefinitely postponing NJC sittings when they were supposed to look into the allegations against him? Is that the constitutional process? |
No case against CJN, Walter Onnoghen. Section 3 of CCB act gives room for forgetting some asset during declaration. The law is not against him since he admitted that he forgot it and has brought it for update. Buhari knew that Onnoghen didn't violate the law that was why he didn't take the matter to NJC. Tyrants always target the judiciary. Once captured, the citizens will become mere sacrificial lambs CityNGRThe real tyrant is the one who indefinitely suspended NJC sittings at the time the NJC was supposed to look into his case (abusing the constitutional process right from the start). Using his position to rob the innocent of justice by selling judgements to the highest bidder, and then using the same position to try to stop investigation into his activities all for his selfish, wicked and greedy interests. That is the true definition of a TYRANT. |
Talk about campaigning with style ![]() Commissioning 2 massive APC projects 2 weeks to the elections & then receiving the usual motherload of supporters that troop out whenever PMB comes to Kano. PMB the northern living legend....if it's not Panadol, it's not the same thing as Panadol |
PaChukwudi44:My joy is that you will be missing in action by February 19th ...like you always disappear after you're humbled. We will be here when Onnoghen resigns. |
Shame on the NBA. With all their grandstanding, so they still knew how to beg? Hehehehe ![]() The dictatorial Onnoghen who abused the right process for his removal by indefinitely suspending all NJC meetings that should have addressed his case, has already rubbed potor potor on his face with his poor handling of this matter, so I wonder which dignified exit he is looking for? Lol milk wey don pour for ground finish? I stand with the FG. Onnoghen must RESIGN as a minimum and forfeit his stinking loot. CJ Tanko is going nowhere either, funny the NBA don't realise they're making demands from an incredible point of weakness . What is overwhelmingly disappointing is that the custodians of our legal system are now the ones trying to place the disgraced ex-CJN above the law. Saddening for Nigeria. Shame on the NBA. Shame on Pa Shukudi & his pro-corruption brigade. Sai Baba the Sherriff, till 2023. |
modath:Baba won't fold because the corruption case against Onnoghen is clear for all to see, and believe it or not, most of the ethnic noise is from the SE (not even his SS region) and you know Baba is a pro at playing deaf to their hypocritical tantrums especially when there's a corruption charge hanging. Everyone go dey alright in a bit ![]() |

ZarahBuhari:Evidence my arse...Onnoghen is gone for good. Kiss the truth |
ZarahBuhari:For you and others spamming this thread with false and baseless information. https://supremecourt.gov.ng/profile/justice/9 https://www.icirnigeria.org/fact-check-can-a-non-lawyer-become-supreme-court-justice-and-is-tanko-a-non-lawyer/ |
