I skimmed through and unfortunately couldn't find anywhere you proved Justice I.M Tanko is not qualified for the CJN's office amidst all that drivel . You call yourself 'write pal' but it would be more profitable for you if you focused your prowess for conspiracy theories in freelance writing cos all that effort ended up a waste. Get yourself together bruh...your emotions are everywhere. WritePal: Mr 'QuotaSystem' (Strangely, you all use monikers that constrasts with your backyard, hateful and divisive views. One calls himself 'Greenland.' Imagine the irony!?
Anyway, that's beside the matter. Was this not bubu's plan and wish all along? After the nightmare of being thrown out of govt house in 1985 by IBB, bubu has never been comfortable until he surrounds himself with his 'brothers' and 'sisters' (and he doesn't give a hoot about merit or quota system - you see the irony of your name, his minion? ).
From the Army to Airforce to INEC to NNPC to Customs to EFCC and now to CJN. Sad, he couldn't remove Senate president to make it complete. Every position that wields military power(army, airforce) or controls elections (Inec, cjn) or brings in money (nnpc, finance ministry, customs), his brothers and sisters must occupy it for 100% trust. You think some of us can't read and dissect his grand pretences well and see through his facade of fake integrity unlike some blind bats?
Bubu has always wanted this Sharia judge tanko. That was why he was prevaricating (that means dilly-dallying or unnecessarily delaying) wen he knew onoghen was next in line. But God intervened, he fell sick and rushed to the UK (the same UK he's issuing s warning to now via Shehu). Osinbajo approved.
Bubu returned from his2 months hospitalization tourism and was angry. He started devising how to remove him and install tanko, his preferred and trusted candidate being an undercover Sharia man like him. Pronto! He whipped out his favorite alibi, corruption . He knows zombies will swallow the bait, hook, line and sinker.
Emefiele has only survived in his government cos he was ready to do anything, including converting to Islam and changing his name to Mohammed.
But it's just 2 weeks and bubu will receive the greatest shock of his life. GOD HAS REJECTED HIM AND THAT'S SEALED AND DELIVERED to manifest on Feb 16.
Will he run to the UK again to treat the shock?? |

A video has been making the rounds of a disgruntled legal practitioner who has been identified as Okere Kingdom Nnamdi, protesting outside the Federal High Court in Abuja, in which he claims the new CJN is unqualified for the position because "he was never called to bar and is a Sharia court Judge". Upon research from information freely available on the public domain, these claims were however found to be patently false. His words: "There are so many lacunas in the 1999 Constitution,” he said. “That same constitution will tell you that an Islamic scholar from a Sharia Court of Appeal can be promoted to the Supreme Court of Nigeria, not minding that he was not called to the Nigerian Bar, that he didn’t read law, because he is an Islamic Scholar.”“That was how the likes of Tanko Muhammad came to the Supreme Court. Let him tell us his enrolment number. Every Nigerian lawyer that is called to the Nigerian Bar that attended a university and the Nigerian Law School has an enrolment number. He does not have any,” he alleged. THE FACTS1. Justice Tanko attended Government Secondary School, Azare where he obtained the West Africa School Certificate in 1973 before he later proceeded to Ahmadu Bello University where he received a bachelor's degree in Law in 1980. The new CJN was called to bar in 1981 after graduating from the Nigerian Law School. He later obtained a Master and Doctorate (Ph. D) degree from the same university in 1984 and 1998 respectively 2. He was appointed Chief Magistrate in the FCT High Court in 1989 where he served for 2 years ( not Sharia court, but they won't mention this). 3. He was sent to the Sharia Court of Appeal (Bauchi) in 1991 where he served for ONLY TWO (2) YEARS before he was appointed as a Justice of the Court of Appeal (again, not Sharia court) where he served for THIRTEEN (13) YEARS on the bench...before being sworn in as a Justice of the Supreme Court in 2007(again, not Sharia Court) where he has served the country for the last TWELVE (12) YEARS. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ibrahim_Tanko_MuhammadTHE VERDICT: The new CJN is more than qualified to hold that office regardless of whatever some disgruntled semi-literate ignorant folks say...and he will remain in that office until Onnoghen is able to clear his soiled name if he ever does.
It is also important to note that Justice Tanko Mohammed is the natural successor to Onnoghen as he is the 2nd most senior Justice of the Supreme Court & Vice Chairman of the National Judicial Council (NJC).

The man has Phd sef. Don't mind them, one senior wailer showed me the video today with the same claim and I was amazed at his sheer ignorance/idiocy despite all the information available in the public domain. 1. The new CJN was called to bar in 1981 after graduating from the Nigerian Law School. 2. He was appointed Chief Magistrate in the FCT High Court in 1989 where he served for 2 years ( not Sharia court, but they won't mention this). 3. eyeview: Immunity was granted him by the constitution to protect whoever is there from distractions. It's not buhari's power. And a level of immunity was granted to the leadership of the legislature by the same constitution which ststes that they can only be removed by impeachment of a two third majority vote. An act of the constitution which buhari has moved to rubbish. Also the CJN as the head of the judiciary also has his own level of protection within the same constitution which stipulates that for a CJN to be removed, it must be by recommendation of the NJC or by two third of the Senate. And this same buhari has also moved to rubbish the constitution again. There is no place in our constitution for suspension of a CJN.
That you all see the truth but let partisan interest blind you to the gross violation of our constitution is very worrisome and a sad development for the nation Lol "level of immunity" in office indeed. You're either constitutionally protected from Immunity from prosecution or not. There are no levels to it. The fact is that only the commander in chief enjoys that privilege among the 3 arms and YOU know it. Saraki stood in the accused box as SP, the CJN has also been put on trial. That is IMPOSSIBLE with the office of the President. The No. 1 office in the land is not equal to the No. 3 or 5 office in any way whatsoever. QED. So tell me, does the constitution also give veto powers against the President to the CJN & SP too? |

eyeview: See the manifestation of what am saying. Incase you don't know. By law: The three arms are co-equals and none is subservient to the other. Buhari is not greater than the CJN or national assembly. That he has abrogated power to himself and flexing authoritarian powers across other arms and still getting kids supporting it clearly shows the danger ahead Lol you guys love to delude yourselves. How come the President & Commander in chief is the only one that enjoys constitutional immunity, while the heads of the 2 other arms of government don't enjoy that privilege? Veto powers? |

MahatmaGhandi: The matter at hand is whether the CJN declared his assets in full or not, right? If by chance a petition emerges that President Buhari did not also fully declare his assets, should we assume that the leader of any of the other two arms of Government could summarily dismiss the President? Of course not. That's comparing rocks with tomatoes. To start with, the President enjoys immunity by virtue of his office, which the other two don't enjoy. |

Do you even know how many voters in total are registered in the SE & SS?
How many percent have collected their PVC's? How many will show up to vote? Haha.
The NW + NE + SW (APC strongholds) alone have over 44 million registered voters. What are y'all smoking?
Have you discounted federal might? Or you think it will be a tea party? Lol.
I am a Northerner resident in the North & can assure you that while Atiku will get some votes, it will be less than what Jona got in the North in 2015; the block votes from the NW, NE, SW & parts of the NC will return PMB. 101% sure

If d rationale is wrong& selfish, then how is it national interest? You chose to read the part that suits you lol. Like I said it's joint interest at worst. No matter how you slice or dice it, investigating & prosecuting an allegedly corrupt top judicial public officer who has admitted wrongdoing ("forgot" to declare) is in Nigeria's best interest.
