mfm04622:
In what way exactly am I wrong?
Yes, companies are legal persons.
Yes, owners of companies can donate their own money to whichever politician or political party they want. However, this is an association whose members are companies. So the association cannot donate to politicians or political parties. Or are you saying anyone can join the association?
So how did you determine that the association members are companies and not individual owners in their personal capacity united by a common enterprise? Read the name of the association again.
PoliticsRe: 2019: Fertiliser Producers Donate N570m For Buhari’s Campaign by QuotaSystem:
mfm04622:
CAMA law forbids companies from donating to campaigns.

Fertilizer producers is an association if companies. The members are companies, not individuals. So either as a group or as individuals, CAMA forbids them from contributing to politicians
You're wrong unfortunately.

Companies (Ltd) are by law, legal persons, who are distinct from their owners. That is why you can sue a limited liability company for its assets but the assets of the owner are untouchable.

The owners are distinct individuals that formed an association on the basis of their common interests.

Cheers.

Let me start by saying i support Buhari.

Donation to campaigns by companies is against the laws of this country! Buhari should return that money!
Kindly state the exact law(s) with reference.

Thank you.

P.S The association of fertiliser producers made the donation, not their respective companies.

The allegations are a huge stain on his reputation and candidacy, even if his crime was committed on Mars.

Though I don't expect you to reason rationally on this so you're entitled to your opinion.

This is why I voted for Buhari.

Between Egypt & the promised land, there is always a wilderness.

Thank God we have a Moses in PMB already leading us out of the wilderness & we are NEVER going back to Egypt.

God bless President Buhari.

Modified: FTC & STC dedicated to PMB @ 76.

PoliticsRe: Foreign Reserves Gained $1.52bn In Four Weeks. by QuotaSystem:
And this is even during the election campaign season. Wow.

If it was during the locust years of PDP, they would have been emptying our reserves for campaign funds by now in Fayose, Dokpesi & Dasuki style.

That's how PDP bled the reserves down to $29b despite high oil prices, before Jona was flushed back to Otueke.

I have always known Ibos would surely campaign for PMB, no doubt at all.

While I hail these patriotic Nigerians, unfortunately #YemiOsibanjo2023 is sacrosanct.

They should go deal with Cownu in Israel because he is deeply hurting the Ibo political cause in Nigeria, if their dream is to ever be realised.

I'm glad you get the point.

Market forces not Buhari.

Minority say, Majority way.

U know the thing about hypocrisy?? It’s stinks.

U guys think Nigerians are fools don’t you? For almost 3years food prices have been at an all time High, hunger everywhere, then 2months to elections ur making unfounded and unnecessary noise that food prices are dropping. Are u guys ok?

If these claims and if At all true came up last year I wud have applauded Apc/buhari bt 2 months to elections?? Hell no!!!!

And what gives u the ridiculous impression duke is a better man??
Pipe down and use your medulla.

Buhari doesn't fix food prices, market forces do (demand and supply).

He focused on agriculture since he took over, how then can you blame him if we start reaping the fruits regardless of when they sprout? Besides why so bitter over good news that will benefit you and your family? Partisanship? Shame.

You're entitled to your vote like every other Nigerian. Bottom line is the minority will have their say, while the majority must have their way.

“About two to three years ago, fertilizer, a major farming input, was sold at about N10,000 to N12, 000, but now fertilizer goes for about N6500 in the market.

“Some state governments in the North are giving tractors to farmers free of charge to plough their land and also access to improved seedlings.

Odusanya said that prices of the commodities might even reduce further before Christmas, due to the increasing supply from about 80 trucks to 120 trucks daily to the market.
Brilliant - it was only a matter of time because the North recorded a bumper harvest this year thanks to Buharinomics, hence the increase in supply which led to the price crash.

Meanwhile what has Atiku said about agriculture? Is it only selling our refineries to fellow crooks that's his only headache?

Sai Baba till 2023, then PYO till 2031 then Duke takes over cool

There is no need for all these lies dude, you are not a Christian by a long shot...You are a hausa-fulani muslim..This is a faceless forum so anyone can claim to be anything...Like you said,i am actually irrelevant so do not bother trying to say otherwise cheesy

You are correct about not trying to convince me on your voting preference because i will not believe you so your epistle is actually needless.

.Your yoruba side-kicks are very myopic because banking on northerners like voting a yoruba christian like Osibanjo as a reason to keep hanging on to buhari is the biggest joke of the century

When you tout your arewa-odua narrative i laugh cos when did that even happen??..2015 cheesy..Last time i checked,Nigeria got her independence in 1960 so what happened to the arewa-odua alliance from 1960-2014??. cheesy

I will however concede that for now,SE has no leaders but selfish directionless individualss parading as leaders, that is why you can boast that 'democracy is a game of numbers
Your kettle of fish missy wink

N.B The alliance started since the civil war. Ask Buhari & OBJ.

'Yawns' Story for the zombies once more,,you fool no one except your myopic side-kicks from SW

You are a tribal and religious bigot to the latter..Your bigoted posts on your Fulani invincibility is not hidden on this forum so what are you talking about?

..99.9% of you and your ilk will never ever vote anyone that is not one of you especially a Christian except you are FORCED to do so like in Jonathan's first tenure.,even at that every single northern states voted for buhari against Jonathan simply because he is an 'unbeliever and you are no different.'...It was the collective efforts of the entire South and Middle-belt that stopped buhari then

My ilk (whatever that means) will be in the corridors of power sooner or later, its not up to you dude, never have and never will be cool
1. My sidekicks from the SW are far from myopic, it's really hilarious coming from an IPOB yoot like you that is still confused on whether you should Athiefkulate or boycott a la "No referendum, no eRection cheesy .... brainless myopia of the highest order tongue

2. When you reflect on the dominant ethnic group in government and armed forces...you will realise that my statements were rooted in pure reality even if they seem arrogant. What you call bigotry/invincibility claim is just plain reality.

As for religious bigotry, you're totally lost as its a totally baseless claim, I dare you to prove me wrong. The religious and ethnic bigot with mountains of proof is you that suffers from chronic Arewaphobia/hatred for Muslims.

3. Sweetheart I don't have to convince you on my voting preferences as you're not that relevant smiley. Smelling hypocrisy of the highest order from those that gave Jonathan 95% of their votes.

4. As long as you remain in Nigeria (which is very long tongue), and as long as democracy remains a game of numbers and dictatorship is a game of military boots, I can assure you darling that Arewa & Oodua will continue to determine your political future - i.e your access to the corridors of power. Take that to the bank kiss

If you're looking for a bigot look right in the mirror with your Arewa hating behind. Stinking hypocrisy.

Mind you, I don't mind a Yoruba President and I will surely vote Osibanjo a hundred times over.

What I can never stand is your ilk near the corridors of power. Tufia!
PoliticsRe: Atiku Abubakar At Town Hall Meeting With Youths In Lagos (Photos) by QuotaSystem: 5:47pm On Dec 17, 2018
The Fugitive simply has nothing to offer the South West.

ObiLiar the bigot already has an eastern agenda, and Atiku has not mentioned a single positive plan for the SW.

Except of course he thinks the Yoruba nation would abandon their future President Osibanjo come 2023, for a boy-boy SGF position.

Honestly this needs to be investigated and Ganduje punished if guilty.

The only hindrance is the useless immunity clause that must be repealed if we are serious about making corruption unattractive.
