Instead of just doling out huge cash in increased expenditure to contractors as well as, sharing monies to legislators, judges and security forces, why can't the government just use that money to provide an enabling environment for business. I think, with an efficient provision of infrastructure say, power or electricity, the cost of doing business will be low. In reality, most manufacturers still provide their own power, water, roads, funding, etc. which really eats into their profits.

After passing the stage four mountain , I have successfully completed some courses and gotten certificates for them. However, I would like to know if these certificates can be used as credentials while seeking for employment. Thank you PUSHCV.

I understand your stance. The new administration may not change much in the system. The loopholes of the NNPC are becoming less obscure as the days go by.
Just a regime or so ago, most people in Nigeria knew nothing about subsidy payments and the 'cabal'. Moreover, PMB has a lot of work on his hands.
