Anyone who fails to read PROPERLY, and then falls short in an exam is the cause of his/her predicament. Students of today are more concerned with chatting and the likes..... Ive taught people FOC. Of course I love teaching..... But I never mince words when it comes to telling people how important studying is.


Nigeria is backwards in every aspect cos we refuse to tell ourselves the truth. Tell yourself the truth.... How hard did you study? 8 hours a day on the average? 1? Someone said she studied past questions. Folly! Past questions are only there to test how far you've gone?

That's how people were calling thoss students lazy when it was jambs error.

Like I have told you people, if you did not write on March 7th, 8th (especially) and 9th, exit this damn thread.

You are just annoying students who have their future on the scale. Jamb is not a difficult exam, it's not tricky. The main problem is the incompetency of the examination board especially this year.

Even 8 hours ago, jamb issued a press release, apologizing for the errors that have been occuring this year.

Exactly, all these people in this thread making yeye assumptions. I'm just tired.

Students here are talking about how the were graded unfairly. Every student who writes an exam most times know if they will fail or pass. Most of those results were ridiculous.

A lot of school principals and centre officials are filing complaints with jamb currently for the recently released results, so I hope something will come out of it.

I didn't even write jamb, but I feel your pain. I know what it's like to be held back unfairly and unjustly.

Actually my sibling is in boarding house with very limited access to social media and Internet in general. They are not even aware of their result. They are in a top secondary school and everyone in their centre who wrote on March 8th according to thier principal who we spoke to scored below 200.

Meanwhile those who wrote before are scoring above 200.

Secondly on the 27th and 29th, the Same issue occurred and. Jamb had to add 40 marks to each student.

If jamb realized they made a mistake last week, why won't they make the same mistake this week?

You are seeing dozens of students complaining and even jamb acknowledging that it's an issue. It was even on yesterdays guardian.

Mehn, I hope that jamb rectify this. My family has even refused to tell my sibling the result because they don't want to destroy their feelings . They were soo confident in their jamb.

my cousin who wrote on the 9th came back home excited.....expecting 280 or more saw the shock of his lyf 164.....dude just laughed and said this isn't my score.

y pple complain about dis year jamb, is jamb failing pple or what u pple are saying, because someone will be saying he/she is expecting nothing less than 250,270,260 and they we're given 90,110,130,140,160,155,170,178,190,198 as if there are d one setting questions although questions might the same but options are not d same.

Yup, really bad. When I did my jamb, I got over 290. So I'm expecting my sibling to get in that range because they're even better than me academically. Is there someone we can call?

They gave ooo, my sibling is very smart. This one does not make sense.
The sibling was very confident after the exam yesterday and sounded very positive on the phone, so I am very shocked at her result.

Since most people are getting 177 and 190, its obvious there's an error.

One of siblings who is very intelligent got 190/400. I refuse to believe this result is real.

For you to see it as a problem, then, I guess your problem is already half-solved..
I would ask you some few questions.
1. Do you normally (or always) drink to the extent that you get drunk whenever you taste the first alcohol.?
2. Do you get drunk easily.? (Do you get very very high after a few glasses of alcohol.?)
3. Do you normally go for more glasses out of your own decision to enjoy more of the alcohol.? Or do you normally go for more glasses so as to impress the people around you.?
4. How easy do you find it saying "No" to people.? Can you confidently tell them "I think I am ok for now", no matter how sweet or how expensive the alcohol is.??

Babe... I think you can overcome it.. Learn to control your urge, then, learn to control the peoples' persuations and talks.

I always drink to get drunk, no other reason.
I drink really hard alcohol so maybe 2 glasses is enough to knock me out.
I am pretty conscious of what I do but I can't say for sure
