Politics / Re: Security Agents Almost Broke My Cousin’s Hand — Jonathan by Radiant(f): 9:43pm On Oct 26, 2010
He should solve the country's problems and he wouldn't need an army of thugs and hooligans as bodyguards or whatever they are.

So what if they break the man's hand? At least he can afford to treat him anywhere in the world if he so cares but what about the rest of the population that would die from bad water alone?

Nonsense attention seeker sad

Good you're already in the UK grin

For anyone who still needs the info:

You can fly at 35 weeks on KLM if all is well with the baby (no complications during pregnancy). If you're expecting twins or have any kind of complications you can't fly beyond 31 weeks on KLM.

Romeo4real:

I think people are generally missing the point here.

The crux of the matter is whether there are 2 kids that they need help raising, instead if sending them off to an orphanage. This is ALL we need to verify for now.

I think you are the one missing the point here.

Why should you beg for bread when your father can feed you assuming this story is true? If indeed that pastor rraped the girl they have to go and meet him to bear his responsibility. Who on earth will cover up for a rrapist? a pastor-rrapist?
As much as the kids need help the lady should first of all address the situation accordingly and not seek help stupidly. If she confronts the pastor with the situation and he refuses to help then asking for help from outsiders would make sense and not the other way round.

Romeo why don't you go to Kogi and find out about the kids and bring us feedback? May be we can take it from there. Like you even believe the story.
Family / Re: I Found Messages My Wife Wrote Toanother Man When We Were Together by Radiant(f): 11:57pm On Jul 31, 2010
She dares not try this nonsense with a Nigerian! What she shouting at you for? If this story is true man you need to let her go. Trust me, she's not going to change. She probably knows you are ready to do anything to keep her so as not to loose another marriage but man you ain't doing yourself any good.

I'm yet to see a Nigerian(black in general?) woman who truely loves a white man and stays faithful to him. Almost an impossible situation.

You're better off leaving this woman. She will not change. She can only get smarter in her dealings with other men and leave you thinking she's a new person. Nonsense!

Spyker:

Lack of communication can spoil a relationship. Crying has never solved any.

Spot on! And poster remember the way he sat and opened up and changed? when you brought up other issues. Some people just don't realise they're hurting others until they're told.

Like Spyker said, crying will not make him stop, he doesn't even know you cry so what's the point? Crying since FEB and still things are getting worse.
Listen dear, you need to sit your man down and talk to him. Open up and share your fears with him.

I personally will sit my husband down the minute I smell a rat grin
Family / Re: Is There Anything Wrong With Bein A House Husband by Radiant(f): 12:59am On Jul 31, 2010
I never said you were a house husband. I was only asking you questions in case you found yourself in such a situation.

Since you don't mind staying home to look after your new baby while your wife works then we might as well introduce Scott Brown. What's the difference? It's all part of being "practical". Or you think he's weird?

Even if your wife earned more than you I really don't see how you'll bring up this issue with her to be honest. Like, really are you that "practical"? I know we all now live in a 50/50 world but come on man! If you can't work that's a different issue but as long as you're able to work don't send the woman on the streets and sit at home. If you plan ahead you won't need to think of this option.

Seriously, which man will tell his wife to go and work while he stays home? Siena I want to take it that you're just talking. When will she work? A week after giving birth or 2 months later or when the kids are old enough to go to a child minder or when

Cover which mortgage for how long? How long are you looking to being a house husband? Except you guys don't know how to plan ahead.

The next thing you'll tell me you don't mind playing in Scott Brown's league (you know the guy taking female hormones to breastfeed his triplets )

Anyway, to each their own but this idea is totally sick.

Hang on, house husband for how long are we talking about? Even if I earn more than my husband doesn't mean I can't sit at home for 6 months after having my baby while he works.

Siena, can you send your wife to work everyday while you stay home with your (gorgeous) baby assuming she's on formula because your wife earns more than you If you guys take turns to work like you know part time then I can understand but not that the woman will do the working and the man do the cooking

Some women are full time housewives for years. Are you telling me a man can do this too Why

If you're very practical then your wife who earns more should save enough for her to afford staying out of job for even 1 year. However, her salary remains the same until at least one year (UK) so what we talking about here?

If it's about taking care of the kids that's easy. Loads of help around though sometimes you have to pay depending on where you are.

Siena don't worry about my status  smiley

Can't bring myself to imagine seeing my husband sitting at home everyday while I wake at 5 am to go to work when he's not ill or disabled or jobless. Let's not twist it please.
