i would advice you to learn about oracle database, 12c is not popular yet in this country, start with 11g, obtain the certification and approach one of this IT firms for voluntary job service. you will learn and develop your core skills in a real life scenario. It takes time and patience. Don't go for the money now just go for the experience later the money will come looking. All this is just within 6 month to a year depending on how good you are.
