Bro, u need to call a spade a spade, and not an agricultural equipment!!! Agree that your brothers can be soooooooooooo wrong a lot of times and so touchy over unnecessary issues such,,,,,, as a teddy bear's name.
Had 2 roommates in the University who named their Teddy bears after their boyfriends. For goodness sake, whatz the BIG DEAL??

They truly need to learn to exhibit peace and not proffess it. Peace is the not the absence of conflict but the presence of calm in the midst of conflict, confrontation or provocation.

I don`t  think u are getting the point, it has been said that it was the children that named the teddy and not the teacher.
Also you need to know that this is Sudan we are talking about not America, so the children will only reel out names that  are synonymous with their environment, and names they are used to.Dont forget this incident took place in a rural community that the poor lady volunteered to go and help out.So What the heck would the name chukky and the rest u mentioned be doing in  rural Sudan,is it America or UK?!!!!!!!!!!

Although i preach tolerance, i still say people should desist frm frm toying wth Islamic themes n all because @ the end of the day it brings about trouble, and  innocent people in cities like Kano mite just get hurt, please if any one has any thing to name ,u can use my name , i wont be mad.-idupaul

Why on earth should you ask the world to desist from being themselves because some knife-wielding, throat -slashing punks and  bullies are on prowl, ready to act at the slightest provocation.Is the world under siege? Why should they want to hold everybody to Ransom.

Note violence is not the prerogative of one race or religion.Anybody can decide to take up the cloak of violence at any time.

When Peter tried it in the Bible, during Jesus` arrest, He was summarily   called to order and the situation quickly brought under control.

Guys!!! The BIG FOUR in the league are still okay,no doubt about that.I strongly beleive that this season is going to be one of the most unpredictable season in  Premier league history.It will be hard to tell which team is going to win the league this season.The general opinion in some quarters is that, 1.Liverpool appear inconsistent, 2.many beleive Manchester United is not doing too well, 3. Arsenal have an inexperienced team,coupled with Henry`s departure, 4. then Chelsea will need to visit a shrink owing to the departure of the `special one`.
I have been a GUNNER from the days of Ian Wright, when the team was branded by JVC.I have seen the team in it`s best and worst moments.So guys no need to fight, but rather,let us sit back and enjoy the league.

I really wonder why a lot folks who had supposedly world-class jobs abroad and were paid in `hard currency` still found their way back home to struggle for the small naira pay that we are using to `shine` with us.

I studied at Fullsail for 18 months.Beleive me the education was awesome-thats as far as it goes.Came back and took up a job with the ``red boys`` in the telecoms sector with very serious take-home and dough from other runs,i`m comfortably married,my personal house is half completed in my home state,two new cars,posh apartment,can go on vacation to any part of the world i wish to without taking a loan,own a fledging IT business by the side that is run by my wife,can COMFORTABLY meet my basic needs and reach out to others without complaining,can wade thru the difficult periods without going gaga, Please tell me WHAT ON EARTH WILL MAKE ME GO AND LIVE ABROAD, except i`m going to shop,and holiday.[b]Do you think the white folks like your oogly black face so much??, [/b]beleive me if you stay in Nigeria,you can make the best out of your life.Stop scrubing loos,and carrying retired old folks etc, NAIJA IS WHERE THE ACTION IS!!

Guys, my point is not borne out of a preconceived notion,but experience.Ive been married for 4 yrs and i had never strayed.But i`m glad this topic was posted because i`m a victim in someway.My wife had gone on training to the UK andf i really felt lonely,so i resorted to the innocent company of my immediate past ex and it turned out to be a disaster.Not only did we get down,it became a routine thruout the duration of my wife`s absence.I really love my wife,and wud not want to hurt her,but now the fling has ended,each time i look my wife in the face to tell her i love her,i feel guilt.The main problem now is that i can`t seem to get over some of the things that girl did to me,meaning the urge is stil there.[b]FOLKS PLEASE DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR, kEEP UR EXes AWAY FROM UR LOVE LIFE OR BE TACTFUL IN DEALING WITH THEM.THE CONSEQUENCES COULD BE TSUNAMIC
