There are some forces that needs to be used to get things done around them.When doing so it needs to be moderately applied. But you shouldn't hit them.

In fact there's an avenue for them to report to their supervisors if their patients are abusive and difficult to deal with. But I guess they need the job more than the risks involved in doing the right thing.

This country is so loose

These guys are leveraging on the fact that no one has the right to carry. If not, most of them are cowards that can't engage in combat if the attacked others that has weapons.

The guy is not sensible at all. If you've ever cared for a demented granny or lived with one in the house, you'll know that every little care with them is a war. From bathing to cleaning to feeding them, even just sitting with them is a work. Especially if such granny was a very energetic, disciplined and self sufficient person when they were young. They'll tell you they can do everything themselves, even for them to eat to take medication will be war.
