Could you people believe that this criminally-minded guy wanted to fix and actually fixed the wooden frames I already had in the building? When my brother told his workers not to fix the frames, they told him to call 'engineer' , referring to roteech. My brother called him several times and he promised not to use my frames since I already paid him for these. I also called him not to fix the frames and he later negotiated 5k each for the frames. I did each frame for 11k each. I insisted he do his since I already paid him for these. His workers still went ahead to fix the frames. You can clearly see he had a sinister motive to use my frames without my consent. It's noteworthy that after 5-6weeks, this guy came back to tell that his door maker could not do the doors

The window could not open or close. Internal plastering was poorly done (cement to sand ratio, 90: 10). A slight hit on the wall, it crumbles. The worst was the recess i told you to correct. I will post a picture of this so that people can see. Also, your plumber worked without covering some pipes, thereby blocking the pipes with cement during plastering. I just paid a plumber today to correct this. These are just a few your misdeeds. So stop posting nice building pictures to deceive people. If you paid him #6000 per sqm and he bought the materials from what you paid him, then he owns the remaining bags of pop cement. Assuming you only paid him for workmanship, and you bought the pop cement by yourself or he helped you, then you own the remaining bags. My opinion!
