Seplat is the best amongst the three, followed by Aradel. The two of them are in the upstream oil sector with good performance history and management.
For Eterna Oil, the downstream sector is now dominated by Dangote who may likely establish retail stations for distribution of his products. If that happens, existing marketers/distributors like Eterna Oil would struggle to survive.
Only the upstream sector is free from Dangote's onslaught, at least for now.

My recommendation would be to invest in both Seplat and Aradel. In my opinion, you can leave out Eterna.

Justifications:
1. Solid companies
2. Good growth prospects
3. Consistent and growing (especially Aradel) dividend payouts
4. Forex earnings (this serves as a hedge against currency/naira depreciation)
5. In the case of seplat, the dual listing on the LSE tends to support its price on the NGX.

Risk considerations:
1. Potential decline in crude prices in the coming years. This may be offset by increased crude oil production by the companies.
2. Share prices are not stable and are susceptible to bear markets and potential losses.

All in, carry out your due diligence and always remember that investment in equities are risky and susceptible to potential capital losses.

IMO, three days isn't a long time to review the drawings especially since it is to be reviewed by a third party.

Remember, you started dragging this customer less than 48hrs after submitting the final drawings.

Well, NL, I am still at it with Adedward, the Aluminium guy, this guy honestly, is a perpetual liar! He needed to replace the net on the windows (his own suggestion) he collected 55k over a month, he was suppose to go the past two week, it’s been one story after another, just yesterday he texted me and said his boys were on their way to the site, till now no one has showed up! Let me educate you a little as a professional...
Firstly, I advertised Engineering Design because i am a Coren registered Engineer. I never Advertised designing architectural drawings for 48hours.

Secondly, When you are good at what you do, 48 hours will be a very long time for designing structural drawings for just one residential buildings like duplex

Thirdly, We are in a technology age now, with help of the right softwares and good engineering calculation skill and experience.... 48 hours is too much for a structural engineer to produce structural drawings for a simple duplex...

To Burst Your Head... I Finish the Real calculations and drafting in 2hours using quickCivilSeries, orion and PRota structures software.
The reason i mention 48hours is to allow time for checks and mistakes that can be corrected...

Technology is moving... Move with the trend... For \example in entertainment industry, Music singles is done now within 1 hour now... something that takes old studio weeks.

Procure doors worth #160
Plaster part of external walls
Repipe the whole house
Fix two windows
Remove old tiles from wall
Install basin
Do plumbing
Covert former kitchen to parlor
Fix frames for doors
Mount new doors
Do pluming testing
Do window dressing
Do door dressing
Plaster some part of internal wall

Insisted doors must be delivered first. Meaning out of the #218k , money for doors (#160k) must be spent first.

Therefore contractor would have a balance of #58k at hand for these extent of work.

Contractor applied a strategy that would’ve made it feasible by channeling limited and available fund to basic areas first. Along the line, client demanded refund for doors (88k).

Note-Business or trade strategy is secret, contractor was not under any obligation to revile his.

Conclud for yourself if the above listed work could be achieved with #130k which he agreed he paid for workmanship.

So why did contractor accept the job when he knew it was not worth it?
Anyone would have been thrown off guide with sudden demand for refund considering the whole context.

If you look at the pics he posted about the angle there you will notice that the said wall is old wall that is there before we came in
The only wall we did there is the recess one with Brown plaster (toilet) pics attached) so angle or no angle it’s NOT our new work on that part.
See when doing renovation work most especially when the building as been plastered before you can only get like 90pec of such to be perfect then screeding will do the rest.
In this particular project I know and God know I Labour myself with my workers oh my GOD hmmm it’s well …. But what did I get at the end of this project….

Well I don’t need to go more and more on this people with fast knowledge have seen it all
And also this thread need more beta things to discuss

That is what happens when you put a new wine in an old keg. Paint and filler will take care of it. Moreover, that is not enough reason to accuse him of bad work.

It has a wet look and most likely wet, that is why it is obvious
Another reason it’s obvious is because of optics. It is side by side with other walls which are white and dry. In photography that effect is called CONTRAST EFFECT. It is a technique used in making an impression.

Moreover the egdes around the window are sharp.

Please state specifically what the problem is.
