Hear the fraudster Bosun Davies Shoyeye a.k.a Brabus/ next/ nexthome/ kobocity as far back as 2012 on the LSPDC renovation with username Ahonahoi.
Is it this the kind of quack you want to commit your hard earned money too?
The risk is not worth it. We have professional and qualified building contractors and vendors here which a simple enquiry would give you various choices.

Chibaba247: Pls good people, I am at the roofing stage of my building, I want to know if it will be OK using a steptile or metcoppo or any other type aside a stone coated sheet, as I am embarking on a flat roof design. Thanks and God bless u all
In my own opinion, long span is the best for a flat roof design.
spyder880: Yes, 1mm single core cables are used for lighting points like bulbs and its switches in this era of low wattage appliances like bulbs and LED fittings. Companies that manufacture complete gauge products are always preferred. 1mm cable in a good company doing complete products is almost equivalent to 1.5mm cable in a company with less quality products.
spyder880: My brother, cable costs are excessively high. I bought these for this house, but I have a lot of old stock too.
Oga spyder, please what is the use of the 1mm single core cables? Because some people say 1mm single core can be used for lighting, provided it's ORIGINAL. Please enlighten us boss
EgunMogaji2: I need to storm this your Lagos one day so I can hang with you guys and be shown all these neighborhoods. I’m assuming Oworo is Oworonsoki?

BiigTee: He wasn't even there during the casting.. He also didn't tell me ahead that he won't be there!
I have contracted Rotech for a reconstruction work and i can say the following about him: 1. Rotech is an INVETERATE liar. He will breach documented agreements, even with a damning evidence 2. He is fond of using apprentice without supervision 3. Rotech will intentionally mislead you with a wrong advice, in order to lessen his work. It was when i threatened to call him out here that he refunded part of my money. I even reported him to two persons here Never mind how most people tend to portray themselves here. It's a different ball game outside here
davodyguy: I'll recommend someone in Mushin/Olorunsogo.
I bought all internal wooden doors and kitchen Cabinet customised from Solid door and the security doors were purchased from his brother greatomegason at same Mushin.
Good quality and affordable rate, cheaper than other sources
I bought a total of 24 internal doors and 8 external doors from the two of them
Please í need this contact. Í tried to send you á private message but to no avail.
KolaShangOne: These days, I'm leaning towards using H-beams for tank stand even for bungalows.
The only downside is that H-beams sent galvanized.
Why do u think round galvanized pipes are used for water tank stand and not square pipes
Additionally, for the same material and environmental factors, square/rectangular pipes will corrode faster than round pipes. This is because there are more corners in square/rectangular pipes than in round/circular/spherical pipes. These corners are areas of HIGH STRESS CONCENTRATION, which are subjected to more stress and then corrosion than other areas.

The reasons are simple. For the same material thickness, round/circular pipes will withstand higher torsional stress, internal and external pressure than other shapes square. One of the reasons why submarines' shape is not square or rectangular. Speaking from engineering perspective.
n3xt: Need a professional paving stone contractor around Lagos, Ogun and Ibadan? NextHome Brick+Stones has been the one-stop solution for all hardscape installation.
Call +234.80.234.29.122 for enquiries and pricing information.
How much do you charge per sqm for moulding and laying of interlocking stones?
gbadexy: I believe a public apology is in order. We can understand other sections are full of under aged and under exposed folks but there can't be any excuse here since it's mainly matured folks that frequent here. Contractors and service providers that should lend their voices often times maintain neutrality in other not to offend any party and loose potential patronage. It's awkward how everyone is minding their business, not wanting to offend anyone.
May the lord increase your wisdom. Exactly my thought
somehow: I am so worn out from my property search.
Been to Ibeju twice in 2 weeks, the journey is a killer.
So far from the mainland but the atmosphere is very different from the typical Lagos.
Seen some lands I would have loved to key into (within estates from known names) but the ones I can afford are within Excision in process, meaning I can't start building when I buy. Most are within 1.7m to 2.8m total package (600sqm) but I am more interested in the lower prices.
They are few minutes after Free zone. Those before freezone or at the other end of Eleko starts from 3.m to 6.4m (with Gazette upward) and aren't really dry lands (some are though but expensive)
I am so tired
I don't want to use the fund I can get 2 to 3 plots with on one plot.
I am afraid if I don't buy this year, prices of things may likely increase next year.
Make una advice me.
My brother, don't fall victim to those ibeju lekki estate companies. Most of them aren't real. Why not go to ikorodu axis? With a budget of 3-4million naira, you can get a dry land in a fairly developed area
Please how many drums of paint do I need for the internal and external of a bungalow of 5 rooms, 2 parlour/dining (excluding toilets and kitchen because they are tiled).
A painter I contacted is talking of a total of about 70 drums of paint! Is this correct?
Thanks for your expected assistance.
This guy is worse than Evans the kidnapper. Based on my opinion, most of our artisans would do worse than the typical Nigerian politicians if they were in power. You may even find the most trusted among them wanting if you do a proper research. I feel bad each time i remember how they suffered me. Only a negligible % of them is honest
happney65: Why are you talking like an Illiterate like this?I just came across this post and am disappointed someone can reason like this..If some roofers had issue with anybody.so because money121 is a roofer and he wasn't called into it he must make a comment just because he is a roofer?Naaaa,It does not work that way.It does not owe anybody comment or post
And so far,I do not think he has any issue with anyone on this thread before now or elsewhere on nairaland before now.
No one has said money121 had issues with someone or not. What is expected of him as a big player in roofing works on nairaland is to be able to educate us and clear some misconceptions or allegations levelled against roofers. What you don't know is that silence sometimes implies approval. We all can attest to what we have learnt from other building professionals here. If he doesn't know the technical aspect of roofing but buying and selling of roofing materials, that isn't a problem but he should say it. Thereafter, no one will direct questions to him.

Thank you the 'learned' one. What i have just discerned about Money121 is that he is just a roofing contractor/ business man who doesn't know much about roofing. Maybe he just buys and sells roofing materials, and then hires professional roofers for installation. I believe this is where we got him wrong. Continue your business money121 and maintain your good reputation. May we all be successful.
money121: Please enough of this haaba Guess both of you are mature enough If i hear pim again i will report both account and the mod will do the right thing.. Oga oooo
I was expecting you to enlighten us or at least clear the dubious allegations against roofers, but unfortunately you have been silent. Is this an indictment on ALL roofers?
Badgers14: This is one of the things that have made me loose faith in some people.
Why would a fellow human being hellbent on ripping their fellow human beings up like that.
During this pandemic and lock down. I have gone through some of the projects that I have been involved in the past, it almost brought tears to my eyes. Roofing measurements off by almost 300 sqm, tiling, wiring etc
And to think many of these people will go to the mosque tomorrow, to their different churches on Saturday and Sundays do really buggles my mind.
My brother, my fingers were badly burnt from my experience with our artisans. This was when i built my 4- bedroom bungalow in 2018. I was very kind to them by paying ALL their charges on the first day of work, by giving them generous tips during my site visits, and by taking meals to them during my visits. All these kind gestures did not deter them from duping me. They nearly ate me alive. The worst of them was the electrician. I remember paying for 3 bundles of 16mm single core (65k each) and 23 bundles of 1.5 single core. He still told me he managed the wires. Only the bricklayer and the welder passed my integrity test. Most of our contractors (builders, engineers, and architects) are also culpable of these dubious acts. But on a higher level. Only the Lord can save us.
