CocknBull: Pathetic mortals! That's not enough reason to end the mass prematurely, unless there was no other priest, eucharistic brother or nun! well, I guess you say this because he is not your father or relative, if he were, will you still sit in the church while other people try to help him, or will you also help him? I guess your answer will be to help him, so why don't you see that every other person in that Church saw him as more than just a priest, maybe they saw him as a brother, father, mentor, I don't know what you were thinking when you wrote that anyway. |

I realizd that lagosians overrate Lagos, I just came into lagos, one month now, and i realize that my kaduna is way better. The only thing i can agree to about lagos is that it is dirty, smelly, and of course lots of business opportunities and traffic . Lagos is stressful only because of traffic nothing more. The problem with Lagosians is that they hardly travel, hence they have little knowledge of other places |

king100: I know so many of you are still crazy for university degrees without valuable skills. I think you know the number of graduates are roaming the streets looking for jobs. Degrees without basic skills needed by employers are just meal tickets. Just shut the f*uck up man, you do not know what you are saying, what skills do you think you get from a polytechnic that can compare to a university degree, if you can't achieve to get a university degree or do not see the value of the one you have, do not discourage others |

king100: Based of your write up clearly shows that your level of literacy without doubt is excellent. I will strong advise you to follow your heart. You pointed out that you have strong passion for engineering, which you studied Engineering in your first phase of polytehnics education. I will STRONG advise you to go for HND programmes, as also advised by your father. You should not seek for admission into university education, because others are all rushing for university degrees. I am going quote from James Altucher book's 40 Alternatives to college. " Only one problem as you already know, is thatwhen I arrived at the job, after 8years of learning how to program in an academic eviroment-I couldn't program. I had no clue. I couldn't turn on a computer. It was a mess. I think ruined people lives while trying to do my job." I heard my boss whisper to his boss's boss. I don't know what we're going to do with him, he has no skills". And what is worse is that I was in a cluster of cubicles so everyone around me could hear whisper also." I am list basic skills to have before you complete your tertiary education, if you even can secure an employment at the end of the day.
- Learn how to code aka computer computer programming- choose from any language, preferably python - Investment massively in areas of Engineering you have passion for; softwares , books, time, energy and other tools valuable tools. - Dig deep on how to solve people's problems with aquired skills. - I know you can write, try to improve on it. - Learn to network. - Learn to negotiate. - Learn how to sell. - Begin to start a bussiness now. All the above listed are not taught in school Wishing you the best. what is wrong with you man, how can u advice him to go for hnd over university, where do you come from. |

dolphinheart: They do believe jesus is the son of God.
they do believe that some people on earth will go to heaven.
They do believe that there is hell.
They are followers of jesus Christ and they try their best to get and accurate knowledge of God and the one he sent to us, jesus Christ. Again, they do not believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God, that is why they appeal to Muslims |
Christianity Etc › Re: Jehovah's Witnesses: 17 Facts People Should Know About Them by Ramos16(m): 7:18pm On Nov 08, 2015 |
EVILFOREST: I WITNESS JEHOVAH but am not a member. I LOVE them so much because, ---Of all the CHRISTAIN denominations.... They are the MOST Enlightened, Educated, Exposed. It is usually difficult to SPOT the Illiterates among them.
They train their KIDS to be resourceful in future They are good at PUBLIC SPEAKING. They dress modest. They rarely give in, to the changes of the new age.
They study the BIBLE more than any other denomination.
Above all they have the BEST EVANGELISM network, involving both the rich and the poor. (youngest and oldest) Their CLERGYMEN talk cautiously, unlike many others who talk back at the congregation carelessly. Never MONEY driven nor conscious.
I always entertained them right from my CHILDHOOD and I have learnt a lot. I just wish I can worship GOD, the way they do. MOST times I feel ashamed as a christain when I see them. I see them as CHRISTAIN EXTREMISTS. they can kill for GOD. I hope to pay them a visit soonest.
I Love them. Uhmm, point of CORRECTION, they are not Christians, they do not believe that Jesus is the son of God, they do not believe in eternity in Heaven, they do not believe in the existence of Hell. They are a religion, not Christianity in any way... I do not mind if you like them, but do not compare them with Christianity cos they are not the same |

sogodihno: Engineers and doctors can not be treated equally dey don't undergo the same training, engineering students can Carry failed courses over, medical students can not, u either resit, repeat or withdraw What!? that is no point at all, what?, are you serious, they all graduates, right? it does not matter as long as they eventually pass the course, and it is the labour market we are talking about, not freaking university years.... |
NYSC › Re: Ebonyi State Slashes Monthly Allowance Of Corper Doctors From N130k To N15k by Ramos16(m): 2:03pm On Nov 08, 2015 |
psychologist: Engineering corpers will be like funny but true, engineers deserve to be treated as good as doctors, its unfortunate the nigerian government have not recognized the role of the engineer, but the truth is that there are more engineers practicing engineering than doctors practicing medcine, hence engineers contribute more to the nation than medcine, the only difference is that engineers deal indirectly with clients whereas doctors have direct contact hence their impact |

Romance › Re: My Girl Left Me Because Of Watery Sperm by Ramos16(m): 8:45am On Nov 08, 2015 |
jamjo: The watery residue is due to an increase in the prostate’s production of the clear, alkaline liquid. Each time you ejaculate, your body losses a portion of neurochemicals while the ejaculatory duct weakens. When the ejaculatory duct, also known as the ejaculatory valve, loses its strength, more of the clear, alkaline liquid is released... yep i think you are right, the sperm is not just watery but clear as well, first aid solution keep of sex for a period of at least 1 week or more and see what happens, it does not mean impotency at all, secondly nairaland is the worst place for anybody to get sex health advice |
