Now about the oil industry, Otedola nd others have being importing PMS for ages, FEDGOV gave over 60 licenses for refinaries to ingenious investors since 2013, yet none of then did nothing, Dangote again with his balls took the initiative to invest in oil refining liquidating a lot of his companies, taking loans, selling more of his cement companies in shares to source for fund for this project. Now tell me where is the monopoly
