aribisala0:I was waiting to read and learn from you. In the end, no much difference between you and him! Criticism without correction is a different level arrogance |
She's smart. The fact that Peller follows her will make her gain some of Peller's fans! She has become popular for rejecting the money, and more people will follow her! If she makes posts and monetizes them, she can begin to earn on her own, in dollars! Let's say she succeeds in making just 30 dollars in a month, that could amount to 300 dollars in 1 year! That's already more than the 500k she would get, that wouldn't last 2 weeks! Mind you, the 30 dolls can only go up; and she'll earn even more as time goes by She's learnt to fish, not begging for fish |
I think the 3rd pics is finer, and also easier to maintain. Just let each corner represent different elements - Fire, water, earth and wind. The center will be a temple. |
The company moving such amount of cash is very very wrong. Why did they not go through the banking sector? Or is someone trying to launder money? |
Build |
Each state has to start creating conducive environments for development. Let each state be known for something. Our leaders should create an ideology; develop your people. Stop being parasitic! If you cannot build your state and make it viable, then you don't deserve to lead your people. Quit, and let a serious person take over! Engage capable hands, and stop using positions in Government to do giveaways. Engage the best brains, or a serious state will engage them! |
adeoyekay:He's right. ₦3,000,000 is meagre! Shop rent in Gwarinpa=1,450,000 Furniture and Interior decor=₦800,000 Generator=₦550,000 GenPal 1.5HP AC=₦565,000... The 3m cannot even set up the office space! Remind me again what business you wanted to do. If he had the 3m some 3 or 4 years ago, I would understand because Same shop rent in Gwarinpa=₦450,000 Furniture=₦300,000 Generator=₦130,000 Genpal 1.5HP Inverter AC=₦185,000 Office equipment etc could still be bought with the remaining money. |
Nna na wa ooo |
shantti:I get you now. Back to the topic... How is it wrong for Kamala to pay? You guys are just bringing rhetorics and whatabouisms into the discourse. The fact that others did not charge a fee does not mean Oprah's company shouldn't. And she charged her fee. You also saw where it's the law for fees in the right amounts to be paid! Replacement of equipment has to do with wear and tears (over time), insurance, rentals, etc. Some equipment are scheduled to be replaced in 3 years, others 5 years. Whatever the equipment is used for within these 3 or 5 years will normally contribute to this replacement fee or cost. I don't know if you understand my point sha |
olabrad:Why do you think that because I own the company, I also own all the money made. Have you heard of share holders? financiers? loans? Equity? Grants? Investors? What about directors? Partners? Once again, because money is paid into your company does not mean the money is yours. You might have the right to spend it, but it doesn't mean you should do so for personal reasons. Get it? |
Electorate:Toh... She was not paid. Her company was paid! And no, since you don't deduct PERSONAL INCOME TAX from company account, and the money paid is company money not her money, she was not paid. Show us the tax receipt to show she was paid! Mark Zuckerberg bla bla bla... Are we talking about control or money? Abeg shift comot if you don't know how to reason |
shantti:Thanks man, I saw it but still ignored it. I was thinking that as many different equipment will be replaced, the equipment should have an "s", just like we do when we have fishes. I'll check it out again... Thanks once again |
Electorate:Is it wrong for her company to be paid? She said she was not paid! Yes, she wasn't; her company was paid!!! I run my own company. The fact that I did a service for you and tell you to just pay enough for my staff salary, does it mean it's your money I use for their salary? I was only being polite and asking you to pay just a token. At the end of the month, total income=10m; total salary paid=2.5m... amount you paid to my company (as requested by me)=1.3m (instead of 3.2m). There's no telling what "your money" will be used for; it might never be touched. It might be used for company use... It might also be used by me. It's non of tour business |
seunny4lif:You gave me a headache |
DiamondsAreFore:I don't understand how it's wrong for Oprah to charge Kamala her real worth. The 2.5m is actually fair, as Oprah would have to pay her taxes, pay bills, replace equipments, pay herself. Kamala too was being a good person for paying her bills and not taking advantage of whatever she and Oprah share. |
DiamondsAreFore:The company has to be paid, and that, not below market rates. It's the law |
Sometime this year, I subscribed for 1 terabyte (1024 GB) of MTN mobile data, valid for 1 year. I have 4 MTN lines both for work, personal lines, and 2 wireless mifi; I simply transfer data from my main line (where I did the subscription) to other lines. This makes it easier and convenient for me. Unfortunately, about 6 months later, without warning or notice, MTN restricted me to just 10 data transfers in a month. If I did 3GB transfers 10 times, I'm done for the month! This is not only inconvenient, but its all shade of wrong as this was not part of the terms when I bought the data. How do they expect me to keep buying data for other lines when I already bought 1TB for the year! I'm really angry and sad at the same time, I want to port my lines to Airtel or even 9mobile. I know Airtel also have the 1TB data package, I would like to know if subscribers can share the data. If MTN does not reverse this anti-customer policy of 10 transfers a month, I'll have no other options but to port. Any advices that might be of help will be appreciated.

kingreign:Hahahahaha... I have a house, and I do my house chores. You? An animal living in the zoo? You don't even get to do anything because you're a waste of space. A thing with negative EQ and single digit IQ! Run along kid, that female needs mating. That's all you're good for... Toto mechanic. Ashawo. |
davidif:The result won't change much. People are really poor. The only places that seem as though life is good are Lagos and Abuja. The remaining 35 states? They are surviving, not living! They probably want to capture street hawkers as employed persons, forgetting that just 2 years ago, many of these poor street hawkers were working in places where they earned living wages. Now? They are just slightly better than beggers |
descarado:Well, you do have a point about disease outbreaks. True... I agree with you. With respect to transformers and taxes though, I think Kubwa is a satellite town under Bwari Area Council. Chairmen of Bwari Area Council have not been fair to their biggest cash cow (Kubwa) which gives them a majority of their tax income. This is the same thing with Suleja Local Government of Niger State. They tax the town and businesses to death, with the belief that if you can't cope, get out and be replaced by a more willing tool for income generation. |
kingreign:It's now proven that you are an hooligan,a tout, and gold standard riffraff. Now run along, nitwit! |
descarado:The way you speak, it's not hard to know you live along Arab road, or at least you pass there. You will agree with me that the trash on that road is not life threatening! What is life-threatening there is the road! On both lanes of the road, between the bridge and NNPC filling station there, the road is in terrible conditions. You cannot even run to save your life there! The trash there is bad, agreed. But life-threatening? Common!!! |
kingreign:From your post, it's not hard to deduce that you're a baboon living in the zoo, an animal with single digit IQ, and a negative rating EQ. The fact that people are peace-loving does not mean you can trash-talk them as you like. Be guided!!! |
younggcfr:Maybe I didn't pass my points clearly enough, sorry. I meant that you were being a bit too dramatic for calling it "life-threatening" because that place is on the top of the railway bridge, and no houses very close to there. It's an eyesore, I understand and agree with you. But saying it's life-threatening? Maybe I've lost hope in a better Nigeria. About where I live? Truly, there is no such waste near my house or on my way home, but I've see so much of it even in Town, that I don't see it as a big deal anymore. There's one in Gwarinpa 1st Avenue near Kado Biko market; there another in 3rd Avenue village junction that has taken almost half of the road. Truth is... If people don't have specific places to dispose of their trash, everywhere will be used for trash disposal (hence these "necessary" eyesores). It's left for the government to designate a specific waste disposal area which they will come to clear regularly. Sorry again, if I upset you. Thanks |
efemena5050:Lol... You are dumb to think that because their proboscis can't penetrate and adult's skin, they can't penetrate a kid. 2. Also, they are living things, and will find a way to evolve and modify this proboscis to begin penetrating human and other animals' skin. 3. What evidence do you have to show that this mosquito is not an immature youngster, or a sick one? Because normally, female mosquitoes suck blood before their eggs can mature to be laid. How will they procreate if they don't feed ![]() |
What is life-threatening about this? Exaggerations in the highest way possible. Simple things to do, Nigerian leaders will not do. The whole of the Arab road does not have a proper solid-waste disposal system. It's the truck pushing waste-collection guys (predominantly young Northerners) that dispose of their wastes in this place. They don't have a place to dispose of the trash after collecting it from households and business places! |
9ja4live:You sound so intelligent, without trying to address any of the points I raised |
Davidcorny:A simple google search would have been of importance to this your misinformation.
|
Numerouno94:Very funny; you want to replace mosquito with mosquito. I only ask that the bad mosquito we know is be left alone. Because the good "non-blood-sucking" mosquitoes we don't know might metamorphose into a blood-sucking one, hence, work done equals to zero. 2. The new ones might be capable of transmitting viruses like HIV, hepatitis, etc, which the current mosquitoes cannot transmit. By that time, the 800,000 people that die per year (who could have been treated with antimalarials) could become 10,000,000 per year, as the diseases being transmitted is more expensive to treat, or outrightly impossible to treat. |
ClassicEvilSpir:1. They will still need blood for procreation 2. What happens if they transmit something worse than malaria? I mean, the current mosquitoes can't transmit HIV virus. What if this new ones can transmit HIV? NOT ALL INNOVATIONS ARE WORTH BEING INNOVATED! |
This is dangerous! Mosquito larvae have their own purpose in the ecosystem. They are food to some aquatic animals, which in turn become food to even larger aquatic animals, till it gets to humans. What happens if they transmit something worse than malaria? I mean, the current mosquitoes can't transmit HIV virus. What if this new ones can transmit HIV? Also, this invention will cause an extinction of mosquitoes, as the offsprings don't get to adult age. Besides, we know the current mosquitoes transmit malaria, filariasis, etc. What if this new one transmits something else that might be difficult or impossible to treat? What if they become more effective as fomites for pathogens and parasites? What if the new ones are more easily prone to mutation? What would we do if we don't know how to fight this new threats (mosquitoes attack, new disease attack, etc) if they come? |
Emmypure:You're a disgrace to all the good people of Enugu, and the Igbo race. God!!! You're such a stupid boy to think all Ebonyi people, especially Ezza and Afikpo (both North and South) are ignorant. No, you're worse than stupid. Even animals won't make such a faulty generalisation. Jeez! You're an idiot |
