yes. In this case CCB was suppose to inform him first and if he denies it, then they can now petition him before CCT. But CCB rushed immediately and petitioned him before CCT, so you can see that something is fishy here. Like I stated above, they should follow the due process.

Whose job is it to call on public officer to update their assets declaration form - CCB

Did CCB invite CJN to update his form - No


Did CJN capture the said bank accounts in the last Assets declaration form after he was appointed CJN - Yes


Why should CCB be complaining of under declaration when the public officer can easily forfeit the undeclared assets after service according to the law?

To dictate over declaration is the job of CCB to checkmate fraud and unlawful enrichment and not precisely under declaration that can be forfeited.

Accept as how? The man said he forgot, and it is the duty of the CCB to remind him for him to confirm it. You should know that a judge has to be investigated by National Judicial council (NJC) and if found guilty he is suspended and then a case can be instituted against him. That is the due process and it is the rule of law enshrined in the constitution. Like I said Buhari is up to no good. Nigeria will be much better without Buhari in it. With your mentality Nigeria is doomed.

It is obvious that he want to intimidate everybody with his stupid corruption tag.
