Dan sent USD 261.25

Which is 5% commission from Dan if you import lead.

During the process, after agreeing and negotiating price, I imported lead, later same day buyer went to make exact offer on Dan which I accepted anyway.

So I guess, buyer later pay through the import lead. This amount to 5% commission as opposed to general 9% comm.

$261.25 send in GBP which is equivalent to £230.89.

Has Dan reduced their commission? You sold it for $270, you received $261.25. Even if you used lead import, isn't the payout supposed to be $256.5?

If you're outbounding on your phone with Gmail.

Let's take for example, the domain you're outbounding is letsgothere. com. Simply write the domain as https://letsgothere.com, then you save as draft. After some seconds, it'll change to blue colour. Now you can remove the https:// and your link would still be clickable.

List on Dan, Epik, Afternic, Sedo, etc. Then set the nameservers to any of the marketplaces

Please guys, I sold a domain on Epik but it is currently under the 60 days lock on Name/Cheap. Now I have pushed the domain to the buyer’s NC account but Epik don start story. They said the domain transfer failed on their end cos of the lock and they’d have to refund the buyer. Is that how they do things at Epik?

I simply asked Epik when I was gonna get paid and the story started that the domain is still in my account and it can be relisted.
