Virtual bank from community bank and their likes are not acceptable.

WellsFargo which is one of the biggest banks in the US is accepted. Geegpay offers Wells Fargo bank account.

The US bank account offered by likes of Grey are like 3rd class type of bank, hence the reason they don’t accept those.

But Wells Fargo or Chase Bank are accepted cos those have physical location nation wide in the US.
They accept wise too.

To everyone reading this, this is how to solve this problem.

Get a wise bank account or GeegPay Wellsfargo US bank account


Escrow allows Nigerians as long as the bank that you are using is no domiciled in Nigeria.


If you can have an offshore bank account, they will accept that as well.

Just make sure it has the same name as the one you used to open the escrow.com account.

Then, provide Escrow the details.

Grey USD works fine with escrow.

Tell the buyer to ask for a refund and close transaction on Dan.

The buyer already received the domain and that's why the fund is ready to be disbursed. He'll be able to pull out his money without any stress with Grey USD

The Customer care told me that I can't use someone's else account when I chatted them yesterday.
Also, you can't edit the name when filling account information as my name is already Prefilled in the column and can not be edited

Oh. I see where the issue is now. Don't select Nigeria as the country. Select USA instead, then fill in your grey USD details. The transfer is free and you won't be charged any fee for disbursement. This was exactly what I used for the transaction I did with them.

I have provided several Bank accounts including my Domiciliary Account, Payoneer & Grey Bank accounts, but they rejected all.
I would have gone for your offer to use your Bank Account but they still said the name on the Bank Account must match my name.
This is just one of the bad side of being a Nigerian or living in Nigeria.

Have you tried linking your grey USD account? I used it recently with them.

You can't know. Just visit the website directly. If you see contents on the website, then that's a yes but if otherwise, that's a no.

I believe he has to give you access to his hosting provider account. Once you've login locate the website and add the domain as a primary or secondary domain. You also need to change the nameserver to your registered nameserver.

Once done the domain will be redirected to his website.

He doesn't need to request for access to his hosting provider account, that'll be a turn off and the end user's fear will multiply. All he needs to do is search for how to forward/redirect a domain at the registrar which the domain was registered and follow the prompts.

That was what they also did to me. I was debited $0.62 this morning for a transaction I did last night. After helping someone purchase some stuffs on Ali express this morning, I was charged another $0.88 after a few hours.

In whatever you do, don't ever use grey.co's virtual card, they will rip you. They charge 2% + $0.5 claiming cross-border fee for each transaction. I think they started this recently. If you are planning of getting their virtual card, I will advise you to think twice.
