Don't buy anything other than dot com for now. Those extensions you mentioned are hard to sell except when the keyword is strong.

(a) sending 25 emails completely on one mailbox before moving to the next (25+25+25+25);
(b) sending 1 email each per mailbox until the list is exhausted [(1+1+1+1) x 25];
(c) or some other more effective method?

Send anyhow you like. If your email is old enough, you can even send more than 100 without any ish.

Besides, using one email gives room for easy follow up on your sent emails.
