I guess you should look before you leap or else you could break a neck. There are no doubts you had perusal and comprehensible issues. I had like Republic of Igbo land which will stretch to Igwe Ocha and Igwe Nga. We are talking about a country with solid army willing to maintain law and order within its territory. You can have your day dream and so-called Niger Delta divided into two.

Again Biafra will stretch deep after Agbor and north-eastern part of Edo towards Idah in Kogi State in order to guarantee military buffer zoon. As stated in my previous post, some parts of Edo State is negotiable because war had to be avoided. Edo has every right to join Oodua Republic. I do not want any part of Delta or Edo State which is non-Igbo in Biafra.

So you are saying the Niger delta need igbos to "protect us"?
pretty sure we can afford to protect ourselves and with funding can build a pretty modern army.
No offence but its you thats day dreaming if you think you can just annex places like Idah .
anyhow not like you even have liver to fight .
Its easy to sit there and sound tough behind a keyboard let me see what you can do with a gun facing tanks .
talk is cheap, just accept you were born a Nigerian you will die a Nigerian sooner you leave your fantasy behind sooner you can make a proper life for yourself.
Spending your days on this planet drawing meaniless maps will not help you  grin, past Nairaland forum no one even know you or care.Your fellow igbo brothers are busy making it out there not wasting time dreaming of some country that does not exist or will ever exist.
all this years you spent on nairaland talking about your new country no progress but your mates are using their time properly and building lives for themselves.
you can throw all the insults you like (i checked your past posts and all you do is insult) simply because you are hiding behind a keyboard but to do anything of what you scream here in real world you cannot .

Provide Nigerians with universal health care. This will require everyone to pay a certain amount of tax monthly for it to be sustainable.
Hehe even a non corrupt president in Nigeria will struggle to get this done .

I usually do not agree with you but on the above post, I tend to partially agree with the emerging federations. However instead of four, I think five will emerge under the pressure of cultural and traditional proximity coupled with defense pacts.

Firstly, there should be a Republic of Igbo land that is non-negotiable consisting of all the states in Igbo land and negotiated parts of Delta, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Kogi and Benue State.

Or there could be a Republic of Biafra consisting of Abia, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Bayelsa, Benue, Cross Rivers, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo, Rivers and parts of Delta State. Also, it will include negotiated parts of Edo, Kogi and Taraba State.

Secondly, there should be Oodua Republic consisting of Oyo, Osun, Lagos, Ogun, Ekiti, Kwara and Ondo State. Negotiated parts include Edo, Kogi and parts of Delta State.

Thirdly, is Sokoto Islamic Caliphate consisting of Sokoto, Kebbi, Zamfara, Katsina and Kano State. Negotiated parts include Kaduna and Niger State.

Fourthly, is Islamic Republic of Borno consisting of Jigawa, Yobe, Borno and Gombe State. Negotiated parts include Adamawa and Bauchi States

Fifthly, is Republic of Middle Belt consisting of Plateau and Nassarawa States. Negotiated parts include Niger, Kaduna, Bauchi, Taraba and Adamawa States.

Please do not cause if you do not like partitions formula.

Republic of Biafra including parts of edo the whole Niger delta? Why should this tribes want to be part of a country dominated by the Igbos? They did not want to 30+ yrs ago and i hardly see  why they should now .
biafra is a Igbo idea so should go without any of the Niger delta .There zero reason to trade one master in Abuja for another in Enugu.
Niger Delta  is much better off on its own due to having many minority tribes like ijaw, urhobo, isoko etc with no major tribe having huge numbers.
Simply because it will be hard for one tribe to dominate politically by sheer numbers .
So i hardly see any of this tribes agreeing to such a union at all .I am pretty sure  iteskiri not will accept it for one just go ask any iteskiri man if he wants to be part of Biafra .
Look what happened last time Benin was invaded in 1967 they even tried to make their own country on its own ,even though it was helped as a ploy by Ojukwu which was actually a wise tactics.

niger delta are being use by other groubs in Nigeria, the people living their to them are like geanue pigs, let them die from pollution from oil spills who cares, that is evil, sacrificing 20million people for 150 million that sound like what saddam Hussein will say when he was alive,i keep telling these people that Nigeria is not a country but they don't listen but one day they will cool if it is not too late by-then,i have seen were an hausa man calling calabar man yamiri, they don't no the different from core igbos to there neighbours some haven't been there all their miserable life, they will say yes Ngwa man is not igbo because his elites have oil wells in ngwa village,so they better separate them as much as possible,i can give it to them sha they really try with their divide and conquer tactist.

If you ask GEJ what he have seen in that aso rock trust me by now minorities will be shouting they want out,but he will not say it cus his swore under Constitution not to reveal secret,
Don't they teach paragraphs and Punctuations anymore?

Hard to read anything there at all apart from the last and only paragraph.

Mumu just shut up!!!i wonder when disable people with down syndrome started having Internet access? you don't no what is going on in Nigeria but u are here talking poo as always,OK one question,hw many people die this month from terrorism in Nigeria? you will not no that is only igbo you can spell well, we don't need Niger delta only the delta igbos, and they are-part of Niger delta their population i believe is higher  i no-you are not from Niger delta so cut the crap,

Spell well?
Its disabled not disable
Its know not no(there is no internet spelling shortcut like u for you  for the word know)
Its died not die
Its how now hw
Its "that it is only igbo" not "that is only igbo"
As for the last sentence i cannot even understand it at all.
Have you even read what you wrote its an English professor's nightmare ?Strange to accuse someone of spelling only one word well when your writing is riddled with terrible mistakes.
Lets not even go into the lack of paragraphs or punctuations.
And you know (its know not no) i am not from the Niger Delta?

Who says Kaduna has more people than Imo state? Or even any state south of Abuja?
internet is your friend learn to use it .
census 2006 says so which i believe all state governors accepted including the igbo ones
http://www.nigeriamasterweb.com/Nigeria06CensusFigs.html

Stop look for things that are not there .Igbo states get fair allocation ,only states getting more, considering population, are niger delta ones but they feeding the rest of the country anyhow.
Politics / Re: Igbo Will Go To War-----chief Ralph Uwazuruike by ranlaen: 6:30pm On Feb 17, 2012
Why even go to war ?
Make igbos who want to leave make they go .I highly doubt delta igbos will follow you even they have a capital in one of the richest in oil state even though he oil wells are not in the igbo portion of the state nor are the ports and will certainly not want to live that union.

Igboland if all the igbos return there is a small area that will be highly over populated landlocked and very little resources .

Days of making cash as middlemen will be gone since they will have no ports and will now have to pay to use the ports and then to sell it to the remaining nigeria they left.

Trust me if tomorrow GEJ gives permission for Igbos to leave but take only their tribal boundaries with them not artifically created state ones like delta ,we will see how many will agree to go.

Politics / Re: South East Gets Lowest Allocations Compared With to the North, Why? by ranlaen: 1:53pm On Feb 17, 2012
The allocation depends on 2 factors population and oil producing status (well when the original formula was made it was exporting capacity but since nowadays all industries but oil industry is dead we can call it it oil producing )
If you factor this 2 things in you see the formula is about right.
I swear if it was igbos who had the oil we will not hear word on this forum!
Allocation is fair to all, apart from the people who actually own the oil and i don't see them screaming here.
Imo - N6,138,603,846.12 ($38.19m) pop 4m
kaduna - 43m$ pop 6m
So kaduna gets 13% more then imo but has a population 50% more so who is getting more per head?Do your maths before you start the usual screaming as if igbos suffer most in Nigeria.

if u want to leave leave ,no big lose to the rest of the country esp. to us from niger delta.
igbos have benefitted well from the union of nigeria .
Smart Igbo friends will slap you for talking about leaving ,oh but they all have big investments in Abuja etc.
Face it most of the money igbos made comes from free trading with other states esp.the north.

what is your problem?

1960's is more than 2 generations from you. why are you making statement that seems like the Igbos are always fighting wars? This is really unfair!!!!!! Considering the numbers of Igbo that have being targeted and killed in the North!!!!!

My problem is this you can't go more then 2 pages on this forum without someone shouting igbos must go to war or nigeria must seperate.
Fact is this igboland is landlocked ,has no oil ,no gas, pretty limited resources and if all the igbos were to come home probably one of the most densely populated area in africa.
They want to break off fine just leave the rest of Nigeria in peace is all or better still stick thru it and resolve it .All this talk of war is certainly not in igbos best intrest.

Whats this igbo thing with war?
I personally have no problem with igbos breaking off if they wish if they think they can live in a landlocked area with no oil.
Last time they tried in they were quite aware of this thus the attacks on PH and bendel.

in 1 year of office he rose the debt from 4.4b to 18.8b
http://allafrica.com/stories/201001190025.html

From January 2010 to june 2010, Governor Oshiomhole has acquired N5billion from Sky Bank, another N5billion from United Bank of Africa (UBA), N2.2billion from Equatorial Trust Bank (ETB) and N2.9billion from First Bank of Nigeria.

This now 2012 .

The estimate of 40b naira is from open sources that can be reviewed thru announcement and annual banking reports made public. The real amount might be quite higher even.

Those posting denial on the amount are just decieving people who are not willing to research into open source to find out.

A lot of replies are just the sad state nigerians have become.
A man died today, you don't know if he took bribes or not ,all you know is what we know he was brave enough to actually go near the package.
If he had a bomb suit i am pretty sure he would wear it for sure ,we all love our lives and he probably has family too.
No matter what anyone says fact is he went there to do his job thats something 99% of Nigerians know nothing about doing their job .
