I can say in Ogijo outskirt ikorodu, they supply almost 22 hours light everyday but the bills is outrageous for those on postpaid meter even those on prepaid meter don't find it funny...

i will never forget my service year 2002. from orientation camp umudi nkwere local government to owerri in imo state was a lot of fun..... it was Imo state i hanged my fucking boot. imagine i slept with 11 girls and half......thank God for my life now. i will never forget imsu, alvan ikoku college of education, nekede poly, ikenegu girls high school, assumpta secondary school to mention a few... wow beautiful memory!!!! jandor worked with LTV then as a camera man and a reporter and he was attached to Governor"s office. He made his money then and after fashola completed his tenure, Jandor was redeployed back to office but he resigned to established his own media which was named "CORE MEDIA" but after 3-4 years he can't maintain the business all the people that left with him have to come back to Lagos television to be re employed. fashola is right he is still young to be a governor of a state not to talk of the most populous state like Lagos..

jandor was a cameran man at LTV, Lagos Television he was attached to Governors office during fashola regime. jandor make his money working for fashola then. he left LTV and open his own media station (core media) but cant manage the business.
