charlesm91:That will be comical. |
markmira:This is a misconception. Apart from those knifes and his strength, what does Kratos have? Borrowed powers that's all that he is. Batman on the other hand has his strength, his suit and array of weapons. Kratos will be smoked out in no time. They are from different time phases sef. |
markmira:Batman was already old when Bane met him, the full-strength Batman will beat him to bits. In fact, that old Batman did beat Bane to bits later in that film, only for Talia to betray him. Batman has beaten Superman before, may stand toe-to-toe against thor but will be beaten by Hulk and probably Thanos. Thanos can smash any of the Avengers to death if they fight one-on-one. |
For me: Joker- the Dark Knight Ultron- Age of Ultron Magneto- X-men |
Csami:Are you reading it in the correct sequence, i.e right to left? That may be a hindrance to your enjoyment. |
PRINCEZUKO1:The fact is that many One Piece fans come in here and start turning themselves to nuisances, that's why people on this thread don't take it easy on them, coupled with the fact that One Piece started too slow and lost bite after some time until fairly recently (like you guys said). But instead of bothering about One Piece, I will focus on Kingdom. |
AllNaijaBlogger:Depends on what you want. Am sure more upcoming bloggers will show up if a group for such is opened. |
Seems like there is none. Can you create one @ OP? |
Its because Africans have inferiority complex in relation to these 'civilized' countries. The names are even still manageable, what about the way they are treated? In Nigeria a white man is worshiped, even after independence. You think that's a lie? Then ask yourself how American or European journalists get the most secret news about policies in this country before our own journalists. Ask why Indians and Lebanese who may not be as qualified in technical jobs as some of our poly graduates get juicy contracts ahead of our own. Watch how white people are treated in this country compared to our own. In South Africa that recently erupted in Xenophobia, a candid question is: how many whites were killed? None. How many other Africans? Many. So what are we saying here? We have inferiority complex. |
She looked at him unkindly, her cold eyes scrutinizing him cruelly. "What does it look like to you?" She asked him, still stark naked. Before she could turn back to the bag, she found herself on the floor. "Fvck you!" She made an attempt to free herself from Dotun's towel, which had masterfully hooked her leg, but Dotun pulled her towards him with it. As she was dragged towards him, she managed to pick a kitchen knife and used it to stab the floor. Being a kitchen knife, it did nothing but to make screeches around the room. "Come over here!" Dotun grunted as she was finally at range. As he attempted to hold her with his hands, she thrust the knife towards him, rupturing blood vessels in his hand. "Argh!" He shouted as he withdraw his hands away, giving her the chance to pull herself away from him. As he made another attempt to get her, she pulled out a gun from her bag and shot him twice. Dotun slumped to the ground, presumably dead to the world. The lady picked her com. "Zveka, the assassin is down. Mission accomplished!" She said to whoever was at the other side. "Michavileka, extract yourself from there unnoticed, with his documents and bring yourself to the extraction point." "Yes si.!" She could not complete the statement as a knife suddenly protruded out of her chest region. As she turned back in horror, she saw Dotun grinning at her, a bullet on his head. "I can't die bitch!" He said as he ripped out her heart with the blade and watched as she slumped to the ground, certainly dead. Dotun quickly checked her bag and extracted her information. From what he could see, she was with the Russian Secret Service and was probably there to search and destroy any threat to the Prime Minister. He smiled and picked his bag, took out a couple of faces, neatly cut out to fit him and to be unnoticed. He picked one of them and took his bag. He was going to change his hotel. |
IamLEGEND1:Haba! Maybe I go include your kind. |
Really you want advice on this ![]() Okay, okay, let me advise you: Dump the motherfvcker! Is he working for Dangote or Dantata that he needs Gucci shoes? What kind of 'woman' are you dating?( am sorry for saying that but its usually girls that do such frivolous things). You are a wise and kind lady, don't allow him to manipulate you cos if you do this, you will always have to do stuffs like this for his frivolous wants. |
IamLEGEND1:If you are sure of the babe, don't be scared. |

6. Lack of commitment guy: Guys like this are not shy, they just want to live a couple's life without put that ring on the babe. The babe will live in there, wash, cook and do everything (including the sex) and yet will remain 'in a relationship' for years when the dude has everything to make a marriage work (i.e they are comfortable and successful). Serious and mature babes recognize this at once and flee! 7. The dude that is too committed to his work: we all know this set of dudes; 8-10 pm guys. Working like there is no tomorrow, they always find it hard to find time for their babes. Before they know it, a sharper guy has taken her to the altar. |
datprincess:Hello out there, love to see another blogger trying to start. Will like to associate with you, can we see in camera? |
As soon as he said that, he looked at Shittu squarely. "I Believe In You! Don't Give Up On Yourself!" He declared and left the room. ************** Dotun stirred in his sleep. It was the first day on this assignment and he was relaxing as usual. This assignment was not a one day event, as he had to scope out the entire area and find a perfect place for his assignment. The assassination of the Russian Prime Minister must be perfect, so he is going to be here for two weeks. Good thing that he is on holiday school wise. He looked at the white girl in front of him and grinned. This lady was not the regular 'oyinbo pepper' that is white with blood running underneath. This one was as white as Snow White and very active in bed. She was part of the prostitutes that traveled for the occasion, which was the meeting of the G-12. The G-12 comprises of the World Powers and the leading Nations in Africa, i.e South Africa, Egypt, Ghana and Nigeria. He got her quickly as soon as she arrived through one of his contacts that had links overseas. He stood up, looking sharp. The lady was gladly staying for the whole day, since the guests are not arriving until two days time. Here, in Garki, he was in heaven. The only minus was that he could not have Sunday with him as Sunday was on a separate assignment. He walked straight into the bathroom and soon enough the shower was on. As soon as he was out of sight, the lady who was seemingly asleep, suddenly stood up and went after his belongings. Searching his bag, she found his Identity card and other pieces of information, relaying the information she had received via an com in her ear. She was about opening the third bag when she looked up. "What are you looking for in my bag?" Dotun asked, towel around the waist and his chest out in broad daylight. His eyes, looking scarlet. |
A lot of the time, ladies are the ones guilty of making themselves impossible to marry. But there are certain cases where its the guy that is at fault. 1. Shyness/Cowardice: Shy guys often chase off their babes with their shyness, which at times may be confused as cowardice. You have been in a friendship/ relationship with a babe for three years, you like her, she likes you, both of you have been rolling since on that static. Ask her out, na lie, propose to her, na war, wetin do you?! The babe will then take you as a friend and will be taken by another man. Then you go dey complain of friendzoning. 2. Lack of purpose: These is for all the lazy men in the house; Grow up! You are not under your mother's care anymore! Many guys don't default on this step, they are hard working and purposeful, yet some boys ( not guys) lazy around going from one party to the other, never thinking of starting something but always waiting for Dangote to call them ( dey on long thing). Even if you are still unemployed, find something engaging like a training to go for or volunteer services. Worst thing is for you to start working at Mr Biggs but start doing something instead of just staying at home expecting your parents to pick the bills. Any serious babe will find another guy unless in rare occasions. 3. Sticking to your parent's apron: these are for the 'mama' boys. Be a man and take your actions. One of the biggest issues before and within a marriage is a mother's influence on either of the couple. Many a mother will want to contribute to the ongoings of a marriage; especially if the child is the last child/ only child. Why this may not necessary be bad, many mums cannot distinguish between just making an opinion and making a rule in a marriage. So its left for the couple (especially the man) to take decisions devoid of that influence. Unfortunately for these set of people, they are usually tied to their mother's opinion and then she starts acting like an overbearing Queen Mother, deciding everything that goes on in the house. Many wise babes will kindly visit their prospective husbands' house and then leave the guy for someone who makes his own decisions. 4. Being unnecessarily wicked to your family/ relatives: this is the opposite of the immediate previous group. They treat their family members like complete trash, always downgrading them. Many serious babes avoid these kind of guys because things may change during marriage and they will want to avoid stories that touch. 5. Add your own (Wise babes will know the true purpose of this thread). |
uselessgoat:What's wrong with you? Can't you read at all? Nestle made a mistake of adding lead into the noodles they now make and you are blaming Igbo guys. Tell me, where did anyone mention smuggling in this report? I know what's wrong with people like you, its called myopia. |
uanda:Hmmn He has come to clear himself......... Next time seek the approval of the owner of the story before publishing. |
Jackossky:What do you mean? I had some serious phone issues if not I should have finished this by now. At least I can't be borrowing phone on top this issue. |
He told me this: "Circumstances will always appear, this is the bane of man. Many a man will crawl under such situation and run away from it, citing helplessness. But it takes a man, a real man to stand up to the situation and fight it." He asked me if I think graduating from this university will solve the issue. I said no. Then he held my hands and looked at me. He said: "Tade, I believe you coming here is not a mistake. There are times people are brought or find themselves in circumstances alien to them. They are there either to learn from it or to end it. I believe that you are here to end it. I sincerely believe that." "Of course, Tade continued. I did not accept his thoughts immediately. I mean, it looked stupid to go up against the cults in this school. But his words kept ringing in me and when I heard him speak again, I decided to fight this scourge with all I have, for if I do nothing, I may leave this school but I won't have lived, I would just have passed by." "Am not saying you should join me Shittu, but what am saying is simple; man up and face your challenges squarely. You are an intelligent guy, I see it in you everyday. And no matter what happens, don't allow your results define who you are. Let who you are define your results." |
"What do you mean?" Shittu asked, curiosity getting the better of him. Made was also curious. "I may not be having academic issues like you, but I do have issues. This school holds bad memories for me. I lost a brother here. He was the best kid anyone could know, well that's what my mum said because I did not know him. His activities prior to his death caused a fracture in my parents marriage, which hit the rocks. I came here, to this school looking for answers and what I found was this." He paused for a moment. "I met this thing called cultism, nesting comfortably in here. There Chuks was killed in front of my eyes and it became worse. I wanted out, I wanted out of this school. I wanted to go home and forget about this place." "But the pain won't leave me, its was then I knew that I had to do something about it. I thought of joining a cult group and taking my revenge on those responsible for Chuks death and that of my brother. But I was dissuaded by one of my lecturers and I had forgotten about it until I met Kolade Badmus." And what happened? Made asked. |
Jackossky:Have seen the end of the storm in Jesus name Hope to achieve regularity as soon as possible. |
michaelmo11:Read along, you will probably see it along the way. |
boladex1:Thank you. |
Jackossky:Which vacation? You are not well at all. Thanks for dropping by. |
"What do you know about me, about what I face?" Shittu spat back at them. Made was shocked at his response, while Tade sat back, expecting more bile. "Do you know how hard it is to get a half-decent job in this country? Do you know that my parents are depending on me to make things right with everything back home? With the time that repeating a course takes, do you expect me to be calm when am about to fail?" Tears were starting to make a comeback. "My parents are very poor, they do their best to put me here and I do my best to graduate as soon as possible, yet its refusing to work for my good. If I fail, my parents will die of frustration because they have spent their money and their lives on me. You cannot possibly understand that." Shittu moaned Made looked at Shittu with sympathy, now realizing how much it hurts. Tade on the other hand, was carrying a blank expression, but was fuming inside. "Am likely to carry the course again, all because of cultists." Tade held Shittu by his hand and looked at him. "Don't give up on yourself. He told the weepy fellow. Have faith that everything will work out well for you and be strong about it. You are a man and men don't coil up in a ball and cry about the misfortunes of the world. They stand and change the misfortunes into some sort of fortune. That's what men do. That's what you are made to do." By this time, Shittu had stopped crying and was looking hopefully at Tade. "I was once in your corner, crying and doing stuffs to eliminate my individual pain. But now, I face situations and try to face them, looking for avenues to do so. That's one of the reason am in DSM." |
See the irony of life. No matter how rich you are, it pays to be humble and kind. Riches can't save you from some kind of troubles. |
PRINCEZUKO1:Those criticizing Naruto should go and write their own instead of sounding like some bad-mouthed people (lolz). Now to the war arc, I saw little wrong in it, until whatever it was decided to stretch it with Madara canceling out Edo Tensi. As much as that was badass, it gave way to a lot of inconsistencies in the manga. TvTokyo or whoever is responsible for the anime did not help issues with the useless fillers. By the time Madara had acquired the rinnegan, Kishi was on the mixture of cocaine and heroin and Indian Hemp( guessing) and Naruto lost its screenplay ( to me, that's where it ended not after the Pain arc). And yes, I agree with you that Kaguya was a crybaby villain. In my opinion, she is the worst villain in any movie, cartoon or TV series I have seen so far. A total letdown |
You guys are harsh on Batman and Robin and Catwoman ( actually I felt Catwoman dented Halle Berry's career, good thing she still held to the Storm role in X-men). Never watched Superman 4( only ever watched Man of Steel) but all the reviews about that film makes it look wack. Both Avatars were not up to my expectations, although I think we would have seen the last of The Last Airbender. Hope Avatar: Pandora will make more sense. |
My best five series so far X-men Evolution Amazing Spiderman Fate Zero Naruto Samurai X |
