Just the way a worker in a corporate organisation like Ecobank or NNPC wakes up in the morning, dresses up and gets set for the day's job, that's exactl how many ladies in our society today do. The only difference is how and where the corporate worker and the girl make the income .

It so pathetic that so many Nigerian girls have thrown caution to the wind all in the name of obtaining one material gain or the other! As a guy, your character and personality no longer matter to them!!! Just have the cash...the 'physical' and many would even strip for you. Don't underrate some of the teenage girls you see in your area; they might just surprise you when you find out what they are capable of! Many of them have been 'spoilt' mercilessly and embarrassed with the material things in life by still the same 'chairmen' you salute (doing attention like Constable Idemudia ) when they drive pass in their posh and exotic cars!!! . With this, you shouldn't wonder why that 'little' girl you see from a humble home, uses expensive electronic gadgets and perfumes that can make rubbish of your annual income!!!

Relationship is now a big business and occupation to many ladies...in fact, it is a huge investment! It pays very well and most guys are the 'business partners' who are also the regular loosers!!! Wonder why many idle girls flock banks these days to deposit money on daily basis into their accounts? ...and you know her very well that she doesn't work, trade nor possess a skill? . This situation is very common among those between the ages of 18 and 26 . Any lady above 26 who still engages in such should explain to us that she is either a certified call-girl or has choosen an irresponsible path in life! If you are up that age, your concern should be how to build your career, marry a God-fearing man and raise wonderful kids!!! Not to take relationship as an occupation by jumping from one relationship to the other in the hope of getting material gains. Didn't God give you brains? Use it! Think and don't sit your lazy ass there looking for a man to come and uplift you financially! My sister, the economy nor easy...e no easy for everybody o! Abi you feel say na your story carry weight pass? I'd rather spend my time and money forcasting and playing matches on Okechukwu's Merrybet shop than waste it on some crop of lazy girls who wouldn't think positively!!!

Many ladies now dress attractively (and some in slutty ways too) and move from one end of the city to another in search of a 'beneficial' relationship partner. As a guy, you are not 'beneficial' to her if you cannot meet her regular demands!!! That's why some greedy girls have fallen victim to the 'fake identity' put up by some broke and struggling guys who are extra-ordinarily smart!!!

Today is Sunday and most them went to church! Sat in front row with big Bibles. When she gets home, she would be that same person that would take her meal, operate her phone a little, watch some celebrity channels and zooms off from the house and returns the following morning, after doing 'kpakirikpa' with dudes your family doesn't know about. Yet, you will be the first to gossip the unemployed and underemployed young men in the neighbourhood just because they can't afford to make your 'occupation' prosper!

There were indications, yesterday, that a former Petroleum Minister, Diezani Allison-Madueke, arrested and released in the United Kingdom, on Friday, on money laundering allegations, may be charged to court, this week.

Sunday Vanguard learnt that besides the four other persons arrested with the former minister, more suspects may also be arraigned.
Meanwhile, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) detectives, who raided the Abuja home of Allison-Madueke, just at about the time of her arrest in the UK, on Friday, reportedly recovered cash running into millions of Naira.
The trial is expected to be conducted in London and is likely to draw thousands of Nigerians resident in the United Kingdom (UK) but no date was specified, last night, when Sunday Vanguard made contacts with the National Crime Agency (NCA), which arrested and released Diezani and  the four others on Friday.
An official of the NCA gave indication of the trial in a telephone chat  but pointed out that the identities of all the suspects would only be unveiled at the point of charging them to court.
The official explained that the law establishing the NCA does not allow it to name those being investigated before charging them to court.
The official said: “Indeed we cannot name the five persons who were arrested and granted police conditional bail until we are ready to charge them to court.
“The law does not permit us to do so and we will release appropriate information to the media as the case progresses”.
But it was learnt from sources close to the British government that the NCA might have concluded arrangements to arraign Diezani and other suspects believed to be mostly Nigerian oil business men, suspected to have aided and abetted money laundering while the former minister was in office.
One of the sources said the British Government started investigating Diezani as early as 2013 following sustained allegations of financial wrongdoings at home and abroad, leveled against her and some officials of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC.
In the meantime, a team of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) operatives, which raided the Abuja home of the former minister in Asokoro, Abuja, was said to have recovered cash running into millions of Naira from the place.
But a source close to the operation said only N1.2 million was recovered.
The security agents, who stormed the home, on Frederick Chiluba Street, Asokoro, in six vehicles, reportedly gained access to the expansive mansion with the aid of some former security aides of the embattled former minister.
The team allegedly gained access to the well fortified house using one of the windows.
Reports said Diezani had not been sighted near the palatial home since leaving office in May but had been staying in the United Kingdom, where she reportedly sought medical attention over an undisclosed ailment.
In updated information on its website, yesterday, the NCA disclosed that investigation of the suspects was initiated in 2013 by the Proceeds of Corruption Unit, which transferred the matter to it early this year.
The agency said that the suspects were merely granted what it called “conditional police bail” pending further investigation to be conducted in the UK and overseas.
It was learnt that the EFCC, which has a working pact with UK anti-corruption agencies, swopped on Diezani’s home and recovered vital documents, which it hopes to use to prosecute her when the trial begins in London.
According to the NCA’s website, the International Corruption Unit (ICU) investigates bribery of foreign public officials by individuals or companies from the UK and money laundering by suspected corrupt foreign officials and their associates.
The ICU also traces and recovers the proceeds of international corruption, support foreign law enforcement agencies with international anti-corruption investigations; engages with government and business to reduce the UK’s exposure to the proceeds of corruption.
It works  to support increased compliance with the Bribery Act 2010 and draws on the specialist support available to it within the NCA, while also working closely with other UK law enforcement agencies and overseas partners.

Have you ever wondered how possible it is for one to be single but yet seems as if he is in a relationship? If you have not, it means you need to re-evaluate your stand or position in what you call 'your relationship' to see if you are in it with someone or if you are unknowingly standing alone and single! Some guys are in relationships alone without them being aware!!! . I don't believe in what people call 'friend zone' because I don't even consider it worthy to dwell on or worry about. Reason: There would be no need for that if relationships are truly and properly defined so that everyone knows his or her role in it!!! Personally, I have never been friend-zoned before because I have always known girls that were just my friends, lovers, acquaintances, course-mates, neighbours, etc.

The following are some of the signs that could tell you that you are still single; even in a relationship...meaning you are in a relationship with your own self!!!

1) Your girl is never jealous: Jealousy is a natural human character. There's none and I repeat, none that can tell me that he or she has never exhibited a little atom of jealousy for his or her lover at one point. It only becomes dangerous when pushed too far. If your girl has never exhibited any atom of 'harmless' jealousy for you before, it means something might be wrong. You could be dating someone who doesn't have any strong romantic feelings for you. She doesn't see you as worth her romantic feelings! She's not bothered whether you are taken by another lady or not

2) She doesn't tell you about her plans: When two people are in a relationship, it is expected that they share information about their personal life. Information about career, job, schooling and hints on daily and future plans shouldn't be a secret. If she keeps her plans to herself alone without you knowing a dime about them, you might be dating your own self! It is this type of girl that you will call in the morning, she will be at home but when you call her in the evening, she tells you that she travelled with some of her friends to Warri for a friend's wedding! You see, you were never important to even know her whereabout!!! . You are not in the picture!

3) She doesn't visit you: Sorry to say this, I still disagree with people who feel a girl should never visit a guy's place. Your problem started the day you mixed Agape Love and Eros Love together!!! I am not campaigning and has never campaigned on Nairaland or any social network for pre-marital sex but it is not bad if a lady visits you at home; after all, that's where you live! Relationship cannot grow when there's hardly privacy if the two persons involved are mature. If she doesn't visit and you both live in the same town, by always giving flimsy excuses, you might be a single guy!

4) Your calls and words bore her: When your phone calls start making her feel bored, you might be in for it! Whenever you call, she talks to you aggressively; you cannot please her with whatever you do; she terminates your calls; there's nothing you say that makes meaning to her; you are alone...single and dating yourself!!! . Sadly, she could be dating someone else she feel is more entertaining and interesting than you.

5) She keeps you away from knowing her home, family and friends: Except you are having an affair with a call girl that is found in a notorious brothel, I see no reason why you should not know the home of a girl you are having an affair with; including her family members and some close friends. That makes you feel at home with her; it helps build further emotional attachment. In the absence of this, you are either dating a stranger or still single!

I am not a relationship expert; we are all learning but if you are still wondering why I write the way I write, it is because am just a social scientist who loves to spend quiet time sometimes to observe human society and relationships
