It is so annoying that many are just too ungrateful!
Romance5 Useless Behaviours Ladies Exhibit That Make Guys Run Away From Them by Rapmoney(op):
It is so clear and at the same time, annoying to know that many people, especially, the female folks, tend to see you as a misogynist or a female-basher because you speak the truth! I don't know when it became a crime to say the truth. Some ladies can be very annoying sometimes through the things they do and the way they see things.

Most ladies in our society are always of the opinion that they are too sharp or smart! This attitude has actually chased many gentle and serious brothers away after the first meeting because nobody wants to be in a romantic affair where they would be regarded as a fool!!! Below are some of the things most ladies do that can make guys run away from them; you can make a guy's feeling go cold when you do the following:

1) Bringing a friend along on a first date: I seriously wonder why some ladies do this! Is it not just childish and callous to bring a friend along when the guy didn't solicit for that? huh Who will pay the friend's bill? If I wanted a party, I would have told you so; moreover, it is a date...for two people to share a litlle bit of privacy and know each other better!!! In other words, the lady shouldn't see it as a birthday party where everyone is invited! cool. Do this and you have weakened his emotions for you!!!

2) Telling a guy that you are 'hungry': Especially, when you guys are still getting to know each other, telling a guy on phone or chat that you are hungry is just another way of showing him that you are a 'hungry girl'!!! That complaint should be better handled by your father and not the guy. I mean, it is too cheap an act! Stop it! He might end up running away from you with the speed of light! Nobody wants an unnecessary burden! Are you an indomie girl? huh

3) Bombarding him with your family problems: I bet you don't know some personal problems a guy might be trying to solve on his side. Adding your personal issues, whether real or fake, too early in the affair can make the young man to run away from you. Don't bug him about your mother's crumbling business or your sister's WAEC fee! He's just getting to know you, remember! wink

4) Answering phone calls more than MTN's online representatives in his presence: Some ladies answer calls as if they are one of Mtn's online representatives!!! They disrupt useful discussions with answering phone calls and they would talk for a very long time. The poor dude would begin to feel lonely and abandoned like a rejected orphan!!! When you do this, you are indirectly sending a signal across that he doesn't worth your undivided attention. Stop it! He might develop cold blood and run away!!! cool. Depending on the phone conversations, it might also make you appear like a 'runs girl'.

5) Trying to show him how expensive you seem to be: Guys, I bet you have never seen anything. The type of rubbish guys take from ladies sometimes is better imagined than to be experienced. Take some ladies out and hear them complaining about almost everything...'This place is too small'...'The chicken is too cheap; Sizzlers chicken tastes better and costs more'...'In fact, this place is too local'!!! Gush!!! For my own money again? huh Na you work am put for my pocket? Who yansh dor ever help? huh Constant complaints like this can make the poor dude run for his dear life! Na him fault? huh You just proved to him that he's not up to your standards...and in essence, the lady might not even have up to NGN1, 685. 00 in her bank account!

I will see ya'all in church when ya'all clock 40, still single and searching! Don't stop, just continue...oya, ride on! wink

agarawu23:
NB: I don't care what you say about this thread, if you spew trash you will pack it with your mouth wink

I have noticed ladies do put on their best pants when coming to visit a guy, at times you will begin to wonder if that's how new all her pants are but the truth is, these ladies will hide their dirty and torn pants at home and put on their best pant just to impress you. grin

They have different pants for different occasions, if you want to see her worst pants, pay her unexpected visit at her school or home(if she is living alone) then you will be shocked to see the pant she is putting on and the ones she is hanging all round her room. you go see pant wey she use pin hold or the pant wey she don use niddle and thread (owu) join join together grin

Ladies can't you just maintain your pants well and change them when due?

I hear say 1 dozen of pant no reach 1k undecided
grin I caught one! She wore a pant that beetles have eaten!!! grin

Romance5 Fallacies About The 'Eros' Love by Rapmoney(op): 5:16pm On Oct 11, 2015
Please, read patiently...

Eros love is the romantic feeling that exists between a man and a woman. It is from Greek origin and it is characterized by sexual bond and physical attraction! Often times, we tend to confuse this type of love with Agape love. There is nothing unconditional about the eros love as unconditionality can only be ascribed to the Agape love which is divine wink. Below are some of the fallacies that abound in the eros love:

1)# Love is unconditional#: I would only believe that the 'divine' love of God is unconditional, not the eros! Eros love is tied to so many factors as can be clearly seen in our societies today. 'Love' is exhibited at its best today under very favourable conditions. These conditions are mostly sustained through the effective and efficient provision of the material things of this life!!! I am still proud to be part of the 'small' percentage of people on social media who think that money can grow and sustain love! Yes, it can!!! It is eros...it thrives and merries on beauty, elegance, social status and other forms of material things such as furnished houses and posh cars! wink. According to a Greek author, "Eros was the word often used to express sexual love or the feelings of arousal that are shared between people who are physically attracted to one another". Now, take note of the 'physical attraction' and 'sexual desire' wink. Do you still think this type of love is unconditional? huh That's why your parents and siblings would stand by you when you are down no matter what but your girlfriend/boyfriend would not!!! cool

2) #Love knows no class#: If you believe this, then you are wrong again! Love knows class...in fact, it has been knowing class since time immemorial. Do you think that there weren't the 'Dangotes' and the 'Otedolas' during our fore-fathers time who used their wealth to 'intimidate' the beautiful damsels from royal houses then? While the common yam farmers die in love? huh Or you want to be deceived by the unrealistic movies churned out regularly by our own Nollywood? huh Where a broke poor dude who does nothing will sit by the road side singing, only for the wealthy princess in the person of Ini Edo or Tonto Dike to see him and fall in love with him!!! Its surely a bunch of deceit!!! The eros love recognises class and a man must work very smart to attain the class of the type of woman he desires...it doesn't end in drooling over beautiful women such as models!!!

3) #Love is not selfish#: Yes, love is not selfish but that describes divine love (Agape), not the eros love. Eros love is selfish...in fact, a little bit more selfish! Whoever told you that there were Jack and Elizabeth in the sinking Titanic ship must have deceived you blue and black!!! cool. From experience and observation, I have come to understand that two lovers are naturally selfish as dictated by the type of love that exists between them. Why do you cheat on your partner when you have a romantic affair with them? huh Is it not to satisfy your personal or selfish desires? Even in marriage? As far as the eros is concerned, there's nothing like TRUE LOVE!!!

4) #Love is not all about money#: Another bunkum!!! From what we have seen so far, romantic love (eros) is sustained and pampered with money. Romance is fuelled by beautiful things and these things come in the form of material things which can only be gotten with money. Without money, romance is weak and hopeless, hanging on a cliff...sooner than later, quarrels and unnecessary excuses set in, then cheating becomes an option to satisfy that same personal and selfish desires!!! (See point 3) smiley

5)#Love is blind#: I guess this would be the answer former Lara Forte (now Lara Oshiomole) would give to us if we ask her why she married an old man (not handsome) after seeing all the tall, dark, handsome dudes with six-packs (even those that won't allow us to rest on Nairaland, showing us abdomen every minute!!! grin). Love can never be blind; it only seeks what complements it and in most cases, money does!

Divine love, which has manifested itself often times in our tradition and religious life is the real reason why most our parents succeeded in leading a fulfilled marital life, not the type that is fuelled by romantic desires and sexual attractions!!!

Happy Sunday to you all!!!

PhonesMTN Callertunes: Day-light Robbery In Disguise!!! by Rapmoney(op): 6:20pm On Oct 10, 2015
Yesterday evening, I loaded 1000 Naira airtime on my phone with the hope of using it for my BlackBerry subscription. I went out to answer a neighbour's call and came back 5 minutes later. I was full of smiles that I was about subscribing since I had some important and urgent mails to send. Each time I sent the subscription code, I kept receiving messages that my credit balance was not enough to activate the subscription. I checked my account balance and found out I had 950 Naira left; I became furious because this was not the first or second time such day-light robbery would be happening!!!

I quickly called their customer care and requested to speak with a representative. I told the rep what transpired and he told me that he had already deactivated it; that the 50 Naira was deducted from my account for callertunes subscription!!! If I may ask, is it by force to get MTN callertunes? huh They have automatically gotten me subscribed several times without my consent! I would opt out but yet, they keep subscribing my line to this callertune of a stuff which I don't even need or like in the first place! On daily basis, MTN forces customers to subscribe to many of their services that are not needed by majority of folks!

The Nigerian government and its regulatory agencies seem to be very non-challant about how and ways these existing network providers in Nigeria carry out their businesses! I bet you, things like these will not happen in Lebanon or Latvia!!!

I am looking forward to the day where we would have network providers that do not defraud customers nor rob them black and blue!!!

The latest way MTN defrauds customers now is by sending them a particular type of message that doesn't go to your 'message inbox' but will be displayed on your screen. If your finger mistakenly touches the 'OK' button on your phone, that's it!!! They will collect 50 Naira from you for one annoying service or the other!!!

Is NCC a sleeping body or extinct!!!? huh

There's too much craze over getting a job and sitting behind a desk and collecting a salary at the end of the month in Nigeria. It appears most of the youths are not willing to do anything for themselves, resorting to blaming the govt and looking for an easy way out through jobs that are setting stricter requirements everyday because of the crowd out there.
We need to be more creative! We should look within ourselves!!!
