What is this one saying? Shekarau's relationship with the Dantatas helped him in Kano along with the in-fighting in Kano PDP at the time.

Why could Buhari help his party candidate in his own state of Katsina to win guber election in 2003-2011?
2003-2015 not even 11. Obasanjo defeated him in Katsina in 2003.

This soap opera seems endless. It's crazy to see how federal government can sabotage itself for a nearly a decade. All they have to do is get paid and move on. The Akwa Ibom state government silence on this issue is deafening. You would think their industrialization agenda and unemployment rate would be motivation enough.
Why are south west states so backward and dirty.

What about the Yoruba masses? Why are they not mordernizing their living conditions like they miraculously did in Lagos?

Why are there so many dilapidated buildings with brown roof in the rest of south west? Especially in state capitals?
Yorubas are lazy.

Emeka Ojukwu ran away from the military . Nnamdi Kanu had to also run away.

Politics / Re: Awo's Dysfunctional Legacy On Nigerian Politics by ratcockoduduwa: 8:15pm On Nov 26, 2017
BlowBack:
1. First to introduce ethnicity into Nigerian politics with his Action Group - an unapologetic Yoruba party.

2. First to introduce cross-carpeting. With the NCNC (a party formed and headed by Herbert Macaulay - a Yoruba) winning a majority in the 1953 parliamentary elections, Awolowo was able to convince Yorubas elected under the NCNC to defect to his AG. Herbert Macaulay had died a few years prior and the NCNC had elected Zik as it's national leader. The fact that an Igbo man was the head of the NCNC was enough to convince Yoruba politicians to defect to the AG.

3. First to introduce thuggery and electoral rigging alongside his Yoruba nemesis Akintola. The SW with the directive of Awolowo was the first to pollute the democratic process.

4. First to be duly tried and convicted for Treason over his lame attempt to overthrow the govt of Tafa Belewa.

5. Openly called for a return of military rule after losing to Shagari for a second time. He did this with his Lagos-Ibadan presstitutes who published on a daily basis false propaganda to discredit the administration of Shehu Shagari. Corruption was the mantra and this was what made the likes of Buhari to have the audacity to topple a democratically elected civilian govt.

6. From 5 above we can discern the following from Awolowo:

(a) a bad loser who refused to accept defeat

(b) a slanderer and liar who pushed false propaganda on his opponents

(c) a desperate, power hungry politician who preferred military dictatorship than to remain head of the opposition. After all, Awo's greatest moments came about through military dictatorship where he doubled as both vice President to Gowon and Minister of finance. Awo, thought Buhari will overthrow his fellow Fulani only to share the same govt with him. Story!

In conclusion we can all see that Awolowo pioneered the pollution of our political space with his desperate, corrupt and ethnic style of politicking.
Truth.
