With the biting fuel scarcity of which there seems no end in sight, a lot of us either for impatience or unavailability of products at official rates have resorted to buying at the black' markets whether they have filling stations or sell in jerrycans.

A recent observation by an acquaintance of mine about the jerrycan sellers was that he personally observed these sellers putting spoonfuls of fine charcoal like substances into their gallons prior to filling them, the implication he said makes the fuel more buoyant.

His concern wasn't about the fraud as its rampant in times like this. It was the implication such substance may have on fuel lines, injection systems and what not on our vehicles and other petrol using machinery. In a situation where most of us are dealing with bad fuel already with its attendant demerits, having these 'unknown' substances into ones engine may cause certain degrees of damage. So until such substance, what it does and its implications are known publicly, I advise that except when absolutely necessary, we shy away from people dispensing in the gallons. Lets not exorcise one demon by introducing another. Cheers.

Seek out quotes for the base models of the following. 2014/15 toyota Yaris 1.4, 2012 Honda City 1.6 2011-2015 Hyundai Accent 1.4. I can without a doubt tell you that these cars (the Hyundai comes without airbags) do cost more than the 2.5m Innoson put up. BTW, no carmaker, not even Mercedes uses top notch materials for lower segment vehicles. At best, they are designed to appear top notch.

Couldn't it be possible that the supposed Nedu happened to arrive at Innoson's house at a time he was out in his Landmark SUV and thus he (Nedu) couldn't see the vehicle in the parking lot? Again, Innoson may probably prefer to keep his "cherished" SUV in a garage while allowing the Toyota and Range to bake in the sun.

A lesson for us though. Whether for R & D purposes or personal preferences, if you must patronize the competition in this Era of social media, do so Nicodemusly or you'd be fodder for the Nedus of this world.

If yhu can do the 07 of the Benz, yhu may be lucky to get thumb start and navigation as standard. Dunno which trim or engine displacement such options fall in tho.

I'd say go for the Benz. Even tho I personally prefer the Beemer, I have a colleague and a friend who both used that 3 series. 325 to be precise. Their stories were not joyful considering both are diehard BMW enthusiasts and upgraded from previous model 325. In fact, their experience drove me from a 5" of similar year.

Look at the positioning of the gear lever/handbrake. However, some cars irrespective of driving position have them permanently positioned.

There's still more to be done in this regard. If I was the school management, I will task them with producing minibuses for the school's transport system. Anyways OP, yhur dog shows symptoms of Melena, which is not a disease per sé but a symptom of a range of disease and causative like diet, gastrointestinal ulcers, toxicity and even kidney failure. Treatment should start from the underlying disease and the Melena would go away. In the absence of any vet at the moment, I'd recommend using red oil to keep him/her alive till when the vets can come in. (dunno of the charcoal solution though). Also try keeping the dog lubricated as s/he tends to lose electrolytes as s/he vomits/stools. Yhu may need to personally feed since s/he won't have the strength to lap liquids. Sincerely wish yhu the best. Hope yhur dog makes it alive.
