Why do you think upper floor blockwork will cost lesser, considering the labour cost is more as you go up

Also considering there will be more rooms / walls upstairs..

I also do not agree on 3m for Foundation of a 5 bedroom duplex, especially at today's present cost..

Also, you said Roof + Parapet for about 3.5million...

If in-situ Parapet alone costs about 1.5 million (granite alone is 400k +) does this mean Woodwork and Roof cover will cost 2 million naira?

I always come in peace and this is just a discussion.

This is my point of contention. It’s rental so it’s going to be two rooms flat up and down for different occupants. So putting the staircase in middle of the lounge won’t make sense.

I know staircase will be within the building but what I am not being able to it through my head is where in the building because I Don’t want this old school kind staircase in upstairs.

The problem here is, I don’t have a clear picture of what I want in mind. I am thinking of building two duplex 3 bedrooms each in the land but I am very very confused with everything, the structure, Patterns and so on.
