The plan is okay, although I noticed there is no "store" for the kitchen on the ground floor. The ground floor sitting room also appears to have only one small window.

German floor is not cheap. That's why most people run away from German floor.
But if your foundation has German floor, your free from cracks on your wall, wet floor and wall(dampness).
It would also prevent insects like scorpion and ants from gaining access into the building through the blocks.
