BusinessFrom Broke To Billions: 5 Strategies These Billionaires Used To Get Rich by raymondhill(op):
From Broke to Billions: 5 Strategies These Billionaires Used to Get Rich
By
R.L. Adams

There are 2,043 billionaires in this world. Approximately one-quarter of them are from the US. Millionaires? We boast roughly 16 million of them. Clearly, it's hard to amass such a large fortune. In fact, when it comes to getting rich, a billion is an order of magnitude greater than a million. Millionaires seem to be a dime a dozen. Not billionaires.
When a person can amass such an unfathomable amount of wealth, it piques the interest of our global population, much of them steeped in poverty rather than wealth. But does that mean we should be envious or enraged at the people at the proverbial top? The truth? Whether you're a victim or a champion of our capitalistic society largely depends on your financial situation.
Some of us look at those who've attained such unimaginable wealth with disdain. Others, with envy. Me? I want to know how they did it. I want to understand the inner workings of their minds. How did they navigate their way to such sensational success? How did they avoid all the perils and pitfalls that seem to entangle much of our civilization?
I have immersed and inserted myself into a circle of individuals to specifically answer this question. I've surrounded myself with people living life at the highest level because I am curious how they did it. Is there some secret sauce? Some magic formula? Some unknown principles or techniques?
I want to know how they did it, kept it and grew it. Making money isn't as complex as most people make it out to be. Sure, there is a so-called guru gauntlet that most find themselves a victim of when trying to discover the real secrets to making money online these days. But that's not really what I was interested in.
I was interested in things that moved the needle. How did the world's billionaires get so rich? How did they harbor such intense self-discipline? You often read about advice or listen to a talk that these individuals give, but most of it goes in one ear and out the other. Do we follow much of that advice? Nope. It often falls to the wayside. We live on, steeped in detrimental habits that hold us back.
However, before I launch into the strategies that a handful of billionaires used to get rich, I wanted to convey one very powerful piece of advice. Thoughts are things. There is pure power in your thoughts. Use them constructively. They can either limit you or they can propel you. if you focus on positivity, good things will happen. Focus on the negative, and watch as your life spirals downward.
What it takes to become a billionaire.
You're likely asking yourself what it takes to get rich. But not just rich. Rich at the highest level. How do you go from broke to billionaire? Most people might simply want to have positive cash flow or even a million dollars in the bank. But does a million dollars really cut it these days? I suppose that depends on where you live and what you do.

BusinessHow To Become A Billionaire – 7 Characteristics Of The Rich & Wealthy by raymondhill(op):
How to Become a Billionaire – 7 Characteristics of the Rich & Wealthy
By Michael Lewis

In 1916, John D. Rockefeller, the father of the petroleum industry, became the world’s first billionaire. Nearly a century later in 2015, there were 536 American billionaires of a total 1,826 billionaires worldwide, according to Forbes. That number may in fact be low – the Wealth-X and UBS Billionaire Census estimates there were 2,325 billionaires globally in 2014, including 609 Americans.

Identifying those who are billionaires from those who have significant wealth can be difficult, since many are reticent about publicly discussing details of their wealth. Also, for many, growing personal wealth is not a goal, but the byproduct of their business activities. In his book “Trump: The Art of the Deal,” Donald Trump, the real estate mogul ranked at number 405 on the Forbes 2015 list, explains that money was never a big motivation for him, except as a way to keep score. “The real excitement is playing the game,” he states.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, in 1916, Rockefeller was the only billionaire of the approximately 102 million people in the United States. Today, there are 320 million people in America with a billionaire for every 600,000 residents. Assuming that the number of U.S. billionaires will continue to increase at its historic rate of 6.49% annually, there will be more than 4,800 American billionaires by 2050, or one billionaire for every 91,000 people of the projected 439 million total U.S. population. Dreams of becoming a billionaire may not be as far-fetched as once believed.

What Is a Billionaire?
Simply stated, a billionaire is a person who has a net worth of $1 billion or more. In other words, if you can sell all of your assets for cash, pay off your debts, and have $1 billion remaining in the bank afterward, you are a billionaire. Having $1 billion in assets with debts of $900 million doesn’t make you a billionaire, although you and your family are unlikely to worry about future college expenses or retirement.

A billion dollars, like all large numbers, can be difficult to comprehend. For example, counting to $1 billion at the rate of a one dollar bill per second would be a lifetime career for three men working a standard 40-hour work week. If you hired them at age 21, they would complete the task more than 44 years later, assuming they worked eight hours every day without taking a single sick day. The counted $1 bills would fill a building the size of a football field to a height of 8.3 feet and weigh more than 1,100 tons.

In terms of purchasing power, a billion dollars is the equivalent of the following:

BusinessHow The Rich Are Getting Richer In The Covid 19 Pandemic. by raymondhill(op):
Billionaires Are Getting Richer During The COVID-19 Pandemic While Most Americans Suffer
By Jack Kelly.

Billionaires are not in the same boat with the rest of us, as we try to navigate the treacherous currents of the COVID-19 pandemic. They’re smoothly sailing in luxury yachts, while most Americans are doing the doggy paddle, treading water and just trying to stay afloat.

According to the Institute for Policy Studies, billionaire wealth has boomed, while over 26 million people have filed for unemployment since mid-March. The percentage of taxes paid by billionaires has fallen 79% since 1980. From the start of March to now, the group of billionaires’ total wealth has increased by $308 billion. Billionaires boast a combined net worth of $3.229 trillion and their collective wealth skyrocketed up 1,130% between 1990 and 2020.

As of April 15, Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos' already incredible wealth soared an additional $25 billion during the pandemic—after being down for a bit during the early days of the outbreak and the stock market’s initial free fall. Eric Yuan, the founder and CEO of Zoom, the now ubiquitous online video conferencing technology company, realized a rapid rise in his wealth throughout the outbreak and is reported to be worth about $2.58 billion.

Billionaires, including Bezos, his ex-wife MacKenzie Bezos, Eric Yuan, former Microsoft chief Steve Ballmer and Elon Musk, each saw their fortunes jump by more than $1billion dollars. Bezos, Bill Gates and Warren Buffett have as much money as the bottom half of all American households. This is juxtaposed with roughly 78% of people in the United States living paycheck to paycheck, 20% with no or negative net worth and lack three months worth of emergency funds.

In addition to the billionaires, the rich are getting richer too. The multi-trillion dollar stimulus plan included financial help to small business owners in the form of the Paycheck Protection Program. The program was corrupted by large companies taking a lion share of the proceeds.
The banks that processed the $349 billion loan program made out very well, booking over $10 billion in fees, according to NPR. The banks charged up to 5% in fees, although there was little or no risk to them, as the loans are guaranteed by the Small Business Administration.

While Americans are scraping over buying toilet paper and necessities, homeschooling their children, caring for sick family members or just trying to make it through the day, the uber-wealthy have taken to their yachts and private jets.

David Geffen, a music and film icon, who is worth $7.7 billion according to Forbes, exemplified the disconnect between the ultra rich and everyone else by literally sailing away. Geffen, on his now-deleted Instagram account, wrote, “Isolated in the Grenadines avoiding the virus. I’m hoping everybody is staying safe.”

It,s all in the news....

Businesses are shutting down because of this dreaded corona virus pandemic.

It is time to dream afresh.

It is time to get of your butt and take action to create greater personal and business success.

It is time to get inspired and motivated to be the best you can be.

One, way to do that is to read inspiring books like https://www.amazon.com/s?k=millionaire+secrets+of+the+ages+by+raymond+ovietare&ref=nb_sb_noss

EducationHow To Easily Gain Admission Into A Ghanaian University As A Nigerian. by raymondhill(op): 10:58am On May 10, 2019
It’s no news that most Nigerian parents are thinking outside the box as regards providing quality education for their children.

With the rising incidence of strikes and cultism in our universities ,it has become imperative that parents find schools for their wards in overseas countries.

But, this decision comes with the price of high cost of school fees and the burden of paying in foreign currency. As, we all know, not every parent can afford to pay tens of thousands of dollars as school fees for their wards.

That is where we come in. You can get quality education for your children within west Africa, precisely-Ghana.

Ghana boasts of quality education and consistent school calendar which is not distorted by regular shut-down of schools due to students protests.

For the past ten years, we have helped Nigerian students gain admission into Ghanaian universities with ease. With a sense of pride and joy, we have watched several students graduate in flying colours. Glory be to God!

Let me share 2 quick testimonies with you:
The parents of Miss Lola F. approached us to help her daughter gain admission to study computer science in a Ghanaian university. After meeting our processing requirement and paying our administrative fee, she gained admission for a degree program into West end University to study computer science. She graduated with flying colours, four years later. Her parents are eternally grateful. The good news is that she came back to Nigeria to observe her National youth service and immediately gained employment.

Miss E. Badejo applied for admission to study business administration in Ghana. Within a month, she gained admission. She graduated exactly 4 years after with flying colours and immediately gained employment with a big Non-governmental organization where she is getting an attractive salary.
As if that is not enough, she met a dashing young man who works in offshore oil company in the western region of Ghana. Guess what! They were happily married by the first quarter of 2018.

These are real stories about people I know and who I consulted for in flesh and blood. I am talking about real life testimony.
To digress a bit, let me tell you a bit about getting admission into a Ghanaian university.

Firstly, you must have a minimum of 5 credits which includes English and Mathematics in their WAEC EXAMINATION. If you are science student aspiring to study medicine or pharmacy, you may be required to have a credit in core mathematics. But it is not applicable to all universities.

You are not required to do JAMB examination.

You will then decide on which university you would like to attend and confirm if they offer the course which you are interested in.
Once, that is done. You can now employ our consultancy services to secure an admission for you.

This will require you providing the original copy of your result having your examination number, 4 passport photographs, 2 WAEC Scratch cards, photocopy of international passport or Ecowas Travel certificate with your processing fee.
Your application will be processed within 2 to 4 weeks as long as the school is in session.

Once your admission letter is ready from your chosen university, you will be required to pay the balance of your processing fee and collect your admission letter with your date of resumption.

You will be required to make all necessary travel arrangement to arrive Ghana at least a week before resumption to commence all necessary registration process in the university before your matriculation.

Please, note that our contract with you ends once we secure your admission for you.

If you still want us to assist you with your travel to Ghana, pre-matriculation activities, hostel accommodation and resident permit services, we shall assist at an affordable cost.

Before I round up this piece of valuable information, let me share one more testimonial with you.

His in own words:
“I am Dan O. I got an opportunity to travel to West Indies, precisely, Bahamas. The travel agent who my father contacted, got us ticket to Dubai and that we will get a direct flight from their to Bahamas. Unfortunately, we were stranded in Dubai. The travel agent was nowhere to be found.
I told my father that If I did not leave Dubai before my transit visa expired I could be arrested by their immigration authorities. So, he contacted RAYMOND-HILL COMMUNICATIONS, who helped me gain admission in UCOM University in Ghana.
That is how I flew from Dubai to Accra to start my under-graduate course in Business Administration. I graduated successfully and to the glory of God, I am self-employed and happily married to a lovely, God-fearing Ghanaian woman, blessed with a beautiful daughter”.

The beautiful thing about schooling in Ghana, is the peaceful environment, great security network, regular power supply and serious school environment.

Besides, the fees are affordable for foreign students, ranging from $1,500 to $4,000 for private university and higher fees for public Government universities. The payment plans are also relatively flexible.

If you are interested in sending your children to study in Ghana, please contact us before you take any action. Our processing fees are quite affordable. Let us handle it for you professionally.

Investment3 Tips For Creating A Clear Vision To Ensure Business Success by raymondhill(op): 9:28am On Apr 22, 2019
Running a business is similar to taking a family vacation. To be successful, both require meticulous planning, clearly defined roles for everyone involved, and a predetermined destination.

“Not having a clear vision and specific goals is a proven way to ensure you’ll never achieve them,” says John Collopy, author of the book The Reward of Knowing (www.johncollopy.com). “That’s why articulating your vision is a critical first step toward success—to give yourself something to aspire to besides some general idea of ‘making it.”

Collopy knows a thing or two about having a vision and then setting goals to make the vision a reality. He is the owner and broker of RE/MAX Results and its subsequent 38 offices across Minnesota and Wisconsin. Setting goals in his personal life helped him overcome his addiction to alcohol. Now he is dedicated to helping others find the right steps to achieve their dreams, but he says there can be many roadblocks.
“Having an unclear vision can also make it difficult to stay motivated and passionate about your work,” says Collopy. “Identifying a clear vision and set of goals can keep us going through tough times, and give us energy when we want to give up. That’s because, even when you’re in a rough patch, you know you’re working toward something.”

In contrast, a vague, half-formed vision may leave you feeling lost and powerless, he says.
“Eventually, you may even give up entirely,” Collopy says. “You may decide that, based on your record of failure, success just isn’t in the cards for you. And that’s the saddest result of failing to articulate your vision.”

Collopy has the following tips for those who are ready to set goals to achieve their vision:

-Be specific and realistic. Be specific about your goals, and the steps you need to take to reach them. “If you don’t, be ready to deal with challenges now and in the future,” Collopy says. Also make your goals attainable but not too easy. You want to have pride when it is accomplished. If you set the bar too high, you may get discouraged. And if you set it too low, you will not feel a great sense of accomplishment.

-Make goals measurable. Any good goal that is worthy of your time should be measurable so even if you don’t make it, you can measure your progress. It will be easier to measure your goals if they are clear goals that are attainable, relevant and time-based.

-Write it down and tell someone. Write down your vision, make copies and leave those copies where you will routinely see them – on your refrigerator, in your car, on your dresser, in the bathroom. “This will remind you about your vision throughout the day and keep you on task,” Collopy says. In addition, the more people you tell about your vision and your goals, the better. They will encourage you because the next time they see you, he says, they will probably ask you about your progress.

“Once you have attained your goal, take some time to celebrate your victory with your team,” Collopy says. “Even if the goal wasn’t a team goal, invite others that work with you or for you to share in your accomplishment.”
