At least from MK's comments yesterday, we now know that EH resumption is just a matter of time.

The person that asked the question even asked about GTs, that why hasn't it been concluded. And he answered that GT has been concluded, I thought he was going to stop there as usual, but he went out of his way to say maybe the question was about the EH component which hasn't been, but will be concluded soonest...

And then some okoto meow about skill gaps and all....

If you want the academic masters then you need to do a pgd Risk Mgt

I don't think this is true.

The staff in refineries were agitating for transfer to other subsidiaries as there is nothing much going on in the refineries. They argued that their career growth is stunted, hence the agitation for transfer to other subsidiaries. Now, management is trying to sort their issue with some other internal posting before bringing in new EH. This is the info I got from an insider.

I don't dwell on all these matters. I pray normally, my parents pray for me, and the few people I help within my means pray for me.

I don't believe there is somebody somewhere scheming spiritually to stop my progress. If there is (which I seriously doubt), I don't believe the person can harm me spiritually. I only pray for God's favour and blessing not wasting energy casting some enemies (I have a dislike for Nigerian attitude of attributing everything to some usually imaginary enemies).

As a practising Muslim (and an Alhaji), I try to live my life normally knowing that nothing happens to a man except what God has decreed to him.

That's my philosophy to life, not just in the workplace. If I worked in NNPC, it would not have been different. And to be honest, I think fetishness/spiritual attack is the least of things you can accuse northerners (who dominate NNPC) of. Instead, you should spend more time improving your political skills! That will be more helpful (to your career in NNPC) than wasting your time on imaginary spiritual attack.

I had thought that making money within the confines of one's home was a great stuff. You know, not having to go out, yet the alerts keep coming, it was nice at first.

It made me develop a cold feet towards applying for jobs, I told myself that I wanted to be my own boss.

But it got boring ooo! I had to go teach for 20k, just to leave the house every morning, as others did, and return in the evening. I felt happy, you know, people asking me how work was that day, and my reply, "hmmm, work was stressful today".

2019 ended on a good note, and tomorrow will be the result of it. My first exposure was my undergraduate study, I grew up as an introvert, I interacted with people for the 'first time' in school, it was awkward at first, people had problems with my attitude. They always told me I behaved 'ancient'. You can imagine a Lagos born-and-bred, yet don't know almost anywhere in the smallest state in Nigeria.

But I was able to learn, being with people was the best thing that happened to me in school, having friends I could interact with, it was like I was not existing before.

I became the class representative, and woah! all eyes were on me. Leading my fellow classmates, it was challenging, they hated me at first, I was known for 2 things, DISCIPLINE and excellence. But I learnt to accommodate, and I began to have friends.

After NYSC, I returned back to my shell, where my only companion was my piano.

I am not just excited about the new job, I'm more excited about meeting the people there.

Well, I've learnt what effect this can have on someone, I I dare not take that path in bringing up my own.

Most times, it's just the "basic salary" portion of your monthly remuneration which is always like 40-60% of the monthly pay without allowances added.

No. It's a "jara" 1 month salary that is paid in the first week of November.

So during the course of a year, a staff gets paid his monthly salary 13 times instead of 12 times.

If they did think well enough as they should, the concern should be making sure NNPC legit gets the refund and not keeping the money.

Mails were sent and people didn't get any response to send to the said account, why was it so difficult for NNPC to contact us for the refund. You said someone said the account was a priority account, why should we trust the person?
It goes both ways stop accusing people parents because they decided to think.

I'd need to meet your parents to know how to respond really.
Obviously, they have failed Nigeria, but we need to see to what extent.

Did NNPC ever told you the money doesn't belong to you in the first place.
Go back to the person that trained you and tell him/her that something is still remaining. And that is wisdom.

Reasonable expectation based on the common trend.
Try and think deeply about what that means.

Did you send them an email that you were paid twice and they didn't respond? As far as we have seen here, the few people that made moves to confirm if the refund request was legit came back to say it was. But the greedy children who had already spent money they suspected should not be theirs kept saying it was a scammer, and NNPC staff were in on it, anything to justify your perfidy, right?

Did NNPC officially specify the amount to be paid to applicants, what makes you think the repeated payments is not part of the TF compensation, Did(have) NNPC say(said) otherwise.... NNPC said there would be Tfare compensation, they didn't specify how much, Lagos as at 2012 was 40k, now 2019 will be 20k? Don't you think it is possible they are having an upward review of Tfare payment? Did you read the NNPC disclaimer that states NNPC will not require you to make any payment to anyone? Did you see the txt messages? Poorly constructed, not alligned with their normal structure and not uniform for all applicants it was sent to, with Funny headlines.....

You see, the way I was trained home training and Education(+personal development), Is to always ask myself questions, always find loopholes, critical analysis is key, did you read the news of Minister hopefuls(as at then) being scammed by some smart scammers.

If the payment was truly an Error NNPC should communicate to all affected using recognised channels. Why didn't they respond the the Emails sent to them. Be here be forming saint with no street OT, "giving some people reason to continue scamming"

Until NNPC does otherwise, nobody was paid twice anything you received from NNPC is part of your Tfare compensation, cause NNPC didn't specify to anyone how much to pay each applicants from which state as it applies, if NNPC has not paid you at all reach out to them via their their official handles.
