not community bro, c# also have standard libraries with most being open source, with c# you can achieve more i mean almost anything, from mobile apps(ios, windows & android), to desktop apps, to embedded systems using .NETMF, to a more scalable than python web apps, and c# even supports concurrency!

personali it will not take me up to 3 month to master python, comming from c#, partial java's perspective..

and like i said eailer, c# is evolving faster than any other language in the world, if u watch well, now asp.net mvc 6 runs on any platform, i mean i can host my mvc web app on linux servers and its now open source, some days back i saw on my visual studio news that power shell now runs on any platform, cmon, java is gud but c# is making waves!

C# is fast compared to python
python is platform independ compared to C# which runs only on .net platforms
its easier to make GUI for C# programs compared to python that needs a framework for that
python is good for writing network realated apps

you have to tell us what you aim to achive then we will tel you what language will be better , but if you just want to learn programming then go for C# ..

Olumyco, scripting languages are not compiled directly by the system, rather an interpreter comes to play before the system could run the code

eg. php, python, javascript

mean while for
Programming Languages, the system understands the code and the are compiled directly

eg. Golang, C#, Java, C, C++

since java sometimes is interpreted instead of compiled, so then?

if thats the case it means you can compile php directly into bytecode..

This statement of yours looks somehow. Some might see it as a fact but I can categorically tell U that it is not the truth.

We have a lot of problems in IT especially with 'terms'. Based on my curiosity and what my research has afforded me I can conclusively say that the word 'scripting language' is one of the most misleading world in IT. There is nothing like scripting language. Scripting is a programming style that any language can be used to achieve. I can use a language to script another language. So please let's wake up and get our choice of words right.

lol.. python is good, easier to learn, but c# is more vast,

you can master python in 3 to 4 months and start creating great apps, but not so with c#,

on the other hand, when you become a pro with c#, you will achieve more, you can easily learn and master python and not the other way round, and by the way c# is more powerful that python and c# evolves faster than python, so the choice is yours!

1) you should have a date time picker for you profile update
2) your pdf's are not printing, it shows a blank pdf,
3) some error pages that i will attach (check the url to know where the error is from)
4) make sure you have an antiforgerytoken for all your post actions form view to controller
5) you shoul have an error page and stop showing yellow screen of death, the last photo uploaded is a sample error page of one of my apps

But i care because i am the one who is going to bring the money for the program so i don't want a waste. If he insists on microsoft, what should he do and what are the prospects? Actually, Php is not a programming language so to say, its a server side scripting language

Ask in detail what the person wants to learn, like you said java nd python is used for software dev, some tech offered by microsoft is not used anymore meanwhile one of microsoft's product used for software development is trending, as powerful as java, if not more by now cos its evolving faster than any other in the market, far better than php and stronger than python in its own way so get the details
