Guys, please is there a form needed to be filled separately for a spouse of my petitioner who is a member of the household, petitioner is not working presently but has properties in the USA and husband is earning fantastically to support the AOS .. will that amount as joint sponsor or form 1-864 is sufficient for both of them to be filled and signed.

I got DQ today.
Resubmitted my AOS on November 22. Submitted a contact form inquiry on November 30. They reviewed contact form letter on January 22. DQ today 19/02

I got the mail of the interview on the 10 of Feb, then my interview date is 4th of march

The new Public Charge Rule is not retroactive and will apply only to applications filed after the effective date. Applications and petitions already pending with USCIS on Feb. 24, or postmarked prior to that date, will not be subject to the updated public charge rule.

@IrepChrist, I believe they should send interview letters for those current before the retrogression inception.

D. RETROGRESSION OF THE “REST OF WORLD” FAMILY FOURTH PREFERENCE FINAL ACTION DATE

As reported in item E of the January Visa Bulletin (number 37), the final action date for the “Rest of World” Family Fourth preference (F4) had been advanced at a very rapid pace during the past two years to generate the required level of demand. The dramatic increase in the level of applicant demand currently being received has required the retrogression of that final action date for the month of February. This has been done in an effort to hold number use within the annual numerical limitation. It is likely that this date will remain in effect for at least the next several months

Hello, got to the US on christmas day, point of entry was smooth at Atlanta, we were asked to sit down and our passport was collected, after waiting for about 1hr, we were called and asked for the address of where we r staying and my sisters phone no. My grandma travelled with us and we requested for a wheel chair assistance which made us all go through the fast track ,we almost missed our connecting flight.we had plenty luggage and had to pay for 2 extra bags.
we went to the social security office today to apply for our number but was told to wait for 2 weeks, cos most times they send the number to the house and if they process one it becomes double and if we dont get it after 2 WEEKS we can come back.
The weather here isnt too cold.

Your spouse and children should accompany you to the interview. And every person in the case is charged the visa processing fee, even babies.... But in this your case i knew it is your hubby that needs to be added since your children are citizen already.... Best of luck Uchetobi
