A vote for Buhari is a vote for extreme poverty. FYI Nigeria now is the world headquarters of poverty. We have even overtook India whose population is about 5 times Nigeria. About 91 million Nigerians are extremely poor.
Please lets vote Buhari out please...

Just by looking at the picture, the diagnosis is very clear! It is called Tinea corporis, commonly known as ringworm. You can see the classical sign of central clearance. It is easy to treat with an antifungal such as griseofulvin, fluconazole or itraconazole for 2weeks. However, considering how widespread it is, you need to test for immunosuppression such as human immunodeficiency virus. Don't be scared. you can as well go see a doctor for more clinical and/or laboratory diagnosis.
blessing.

What he feared the most came upon him!... Most likely he could have been taken some analgesic or pain reliever which could have concealed the overt symptoms of acute appendicitis. Leading to rupture and septic shock with high mortality rate even in the most eqquiped facilities.

I believe other oau aspirants should be able to confirm her 'claim'.

Also, you seem to blame her for not following up with the portal's error, and saying she handled her admission loosely, which is quite wrong. Though, she should have but then its the school's fault the portal had an error, and other errors after that is no one's fault but the school's

Simply put, if they had build a good portal, the girl'd have been an excellent doc 8 years from now

How are we sure she is telling the truth about the uploading. Why did she hide this information from the outset?
I am having a doubt about her sincerity. She never knew the provost would come out publicly to clarify issues. I am sorry to say, this self-acclaimed victim is just all out to pick on the emotions of Nigerians like you.

I am a silient follower of this thread. I did my interview this morning.
This my transcript. Hope it would help applicant.

VO- Good morning
Me- Good morning Sir, happy new month and happy independence in advance.

VO- Thanks, pass me your passport and I20 and Sevis
Me- Ok

VO- what Program are you going for
Me- Masters in public health with a concentration in Epidemiology

VO- why did you choose Public health?
Me- During my training during undergraduate, I realized if I want to become a clinical researcher, I would have to get a master
Degree with a focus on research. So I applied to about 5 schools via Sophas.
VO- what Schools?
Me- University of illinois Chicago, University of Texas Houston, Indiana University, ETSU and GSU

VO- why IU?
Me- I noticed there is a research going on in the School of PH, The 'Jackson heart Study' and one of my faculty member is among the principal investigator. I contacted him and was welcoming. He said I am welcomed to join is team.
I told the VO that having such experience would make me a principal investigator in the area of cardiology...

VO- did you write GRE?
ME- yes I wrote GRE and TOEFL

VO- checked GRE thoroughly and didnt check toefl at all. (My GRE score was actually above 300). He said my documents are complete. And passed a white paper. To pick my visa in two days time.

Glory be to God. It was by Grace through faith.
My Recommendations
1) Be prayerful and trust God with all your plans. Once you have done that dont allow fear to penetrate, confess Gods word regularly.
2) Make sure you are confident and well composed. Maintain eye contact throughout. ( was actually thought that during clinical exams in med sch)
3) Get all your documents complete. Some were told to go back and get 5cm x 5cm passport

All the best.

Business / Re: CBN Bans Use Of Dollars For Overseas Fees, Medical Trips by Rb53: 7:44am On Feb 13, 2016
This Buhari policy is nosediving in the wrong direction. Why the ban of CBN rate for school fees and medical fee?
So whats the benefit of the CBN rate for the masses? This guys that makes this useless policy have enough dollar reserve in their account so they dont care.
The repercussions of this is that this will lead to many foreign students dropout. This Buhari government is getting frustrating. He is definitely confused on economic issues

bigass:

You are getting it wrong. They did not ban u from getting treatment abroad. They didnt ban you from using your cards or sourcing for your dollar outside but no more form m or a for dollars at official rates for medical or school fees.

So whats is now the benefit of the official CBN rate for the masses
