My baby's paedalso said same with my baby around that age. For lactation, i noticed whenever i dont take much water my flow reduces. But when i decide to get drunk on water i start dripping. I hope this helps

That's how newborn babies breathe. My baby is 10 weeks and still breathing like that. It's more obvious at night maybe that's why the doctor couldn't hear it.

As for breastfeeding, keep doing what you're doing and breastfeeding as much as possible. Let him suck all day if u can You can also try lactation cookies, Rofemiguwa sells them

I think that sound is common in babies. But if you're worried you can record the sound when next he's Sleeping and play for the pead to have an idea of what you talking about. About the lactation, why not try fenugreek. Also, some mamas talked about lactation cookies, I guess one mama is selling here.

For the bleeding issue, i learnt CS mummies hardly bleed much. Im not sure because 4weeks post CS i am still bleeding tho it has reduced now and im also worried when it will stop. Other experienced mamas should answer ejor

cant answer all your questions though but my cs experience in 2016 , i bleed for 2 months plus. Though it was only heavy in d first week. Other weeks was scanty but it kept coming till two months plus. I took peppersoup every day my dear, it helped clear d clotted blood in there since there was no form of massaging or hot water pressing. The peppersoup with local peppersoup spice helped alot to clear d clotted blood.

As for lactating i learnt fresh palm wine helps too.

The February journey has finally ended in praise. Thank God for all our February mamas and mamas that fell into our geepee tank. It was by no otumokpor but for your mercy. Thank God for protection on our lives n dat of our families. Thank God for our little ones and husbands. Thank God for conception, safe pregnancy and deliveries.

We're thankfull for visiting some homes after several years of waiting. We are grateful.
We aren't worthy of your kindness Lord but you show your tender mercies through it all.

At this point, we remember mama bunny19 and gegyna we ask that you visit them soon and surprise them with double.
You have given us these children oh God, We ask for Grace to train them on the right path and provide for us everthing we would need to take care of them. May we not fail in our duties as parents. They will give us rest till our old age. Amen

We ask that you grant our babies n kids divine protection. Shield them from evil eyes n sickness, may we never cry over them. Grant us long life and let our kids outlive us. Amen.

Mamas I went for antenatal today and they discovered protein in my urine and my BP was normal. ..some mamas must have experienced it. .please what did you do?

Flesh kwa, don't injure yourself o, baby can injure you all by himself when he comes . Today is just day 1, just keep cleaning with the olive oil until when the baby is born, you still have plenty time for whatever needs to go to go.

We are 36weeks today and I've started having sharp backache. I'm so happy and thankful to Jah. Mama's, I want to start cleaning my nipple today and I noticed my areola is dry and has dark flaky dirts. Will the olive oil and cotton wool remove the dirts completely?

Secondly, my nipple is blocked ontop with flesh. I remember when I wasn't preggy, It comes off by itself whenever I bath with hard sponge. I've been bathing with hard sponge but it no gree comot o and I was told milk will not flow if I don't remove it. Please, how do I remove d flesh too? Biko.

According to what we were taught during my last antenatal class which was breastfeeding and signs of labour the matron said cleaning of the nipple should start 28week and we should clean our nipple by rubbing some amount of coconut oil on the nipple leave it for 15 minute before bath then fter take your bath and pick the nipple with the coconut oil to be more pointed and that using wool can lead to contractions
Also for blocked nipple it can me mopped with a warm water and small towel to open up the clogged nipple

This was the list my hospital gave for mothers, didn't use the methylated spirit though.

Just pack all your toiletries, nightingale, cotton pads. That should be all you need. You can get provisions to snack on for VD.

On 21/1 which happens to be my edd. Woke up around 1am to ease my self only to feel this sharp pain on my back. At first I thought it was just the normal pregnancy stuff. But it continued, then it dawned on me that labour has started. As time goes on it became more frequent and intense as soon as it hit me hubby helped to rub my back which help minimize the pain. Was visiting toilet at interval there I saw show. Hubby wanted us to go to hospital immediately but had to delay a bit as it was still late at night
Was able to manage it till around 4am when I couldn't take it again we called a neighbor and off we went to the hospital. On getting there, doctor was called but he didn't arrive on time, by then I was already In pains. As soon as he came In he ask me to climb the examination table before I could open my leg to do that water broke and he sent me to the delivery room immediately on getting there the nurses were still trying to set up things needed. I started shouting I want to poo, they started rushing and ask me to push at each contraction, I did after pushing countless time my handsome sunshine made his grand entry at 5am weighing 3.5kg my stomach was pressed and Placenta was delivered
Had tear was stitched and ask to breastfed him. After that stood up to position myself on the bed when blood gushed out. All the medical personnel rally round me again to find out the problem my stomach was pressed to remove the remaining blood clot. In all I give God all the glory for seeing me through. Against all odds he prove himself to be God over our situation.
