Now it is almost a month I bought a car from them and asked them to handle the shipping for me.

They picked the car from its location and since then I have not heard from them. I keep sending email reminder and they dont care to respond. The recent email I sent this evening, I got an automated email that copart has halted international shipping until further notice. Now I don't know where my car is.

Very bad experience.

This vehicle has always been too low to the ground dat my bumper is in a sorry state. On friday i felt i've had enough of it. Took vehicle to my kazeem who advised me to change to bigger tyres or raise the vehicle spring. I opted for the latter. The front spring was raised one inch while d rear was one and half inch. My siena looks horrible now, not only dat, the drive terrain is no longer smooth. The steering appears so loose, always moving vehicle to d left. The steering vibrates non stop while i'm driving. I took d vehicle for wheel alignment and they told me my wheels r ok. I also percieve some burnt smell whenever i'm driving. I'm in tears at d moment. This vehicle was bought american used barely a year ago. Please how do i return vehicle to factory spec?

Same thing I was told when I ask why the thermostat of a diesel gen was removed after washing the radiator and it’s still overheating, we had to remove the thermostat then the temperature was balanced, weather is a key factor

Okay,no problem ...... But you the the funniest thing....apart from fake papers, undervaluation is everywhere and it's the next big thing after fake papers...... Most importers don't care about what agents have paid, as long as their vehicles can leave the port..... It's only when they get to the road before they now know what they got themselves involved in.... Just yesterday I charged N1.450m for a 2014 Nissan sentra and the importer just scrammed and blocked me on WhatsApp because he felt he can still get another person to do it for less than N1.2m...... So, you see why I always laugh about undervaluation...... Hundreds of cars out there were certainly undervalued....
