What do you guys think about a V6 07/08 rav 4. I hear the v6 of rav 4 is not as reliable as the 4 plugs version.

Can someone enlighten me please...

Is it a good SUV to buy? What should I look out for?

i am a proud owner of 2013 explorer limited edition, it has 77424 kms on the odometer now. it was bought brand new from coscharis by the first owner. i am the second owner. USE ONLY RECOMMENDED FLUIDS and change at regular intervals. service the vehicle regularly. do not take it to road side kazeem. mine is maintained by oga Gazzuzz. parts bit expensive but a sturdy and reliable vehicle. doesn't develop problems easily. not too complicated to repair.

I remember when you bought this car about a year ago and it was smoking black with high fuel consumption and gazzuz properly directed you to fix it. I must say I love your interest in your car. I wish most ladies are like you. Well done and keep it up. When next I get my supplies, I will send one obd scanner to you free of charge. That is if you don't have one already

I have been searching for this throttle body for a Chevy trailblazer for over a month now.

I have been to about all the major spare parts markets in Lagos ...Ladipo, Cole street,Ojuelegba, Owode onirin.

It's for a 08' Chevrolet Trailblazer ...I would really appreciate if anyone can advise me where I can source for this or if it can be imported.

To have peace of mind,any body buying a vehicle should check the c number of the customs documents at any Customs processing centre.

The citizens parents can co-sponsor for the K1 to work also . So it depends on what is preferable

Oh one more thing, only a US citizen can fill a petition for K1 Visa. A permanent resident can't. But a permanent resident can file for Spouse Visa. A US citizen can also file Spouse visa.

A colleague of mine recently went for capturing after 30days of processing his driving certificate. This happened in Abuja.


Please inform your person to be sure about the Officer who is processing it. It could be that the Officer is yet to initiate the process of procuring the driving certificate, hence the delay or that the driving school in question is having some technical issues.

The way you are defending this duty I am beginning to have strange feelings about the duty of all the vehicles you have been advertising here. If I recall correctly you are not adverse to being extremely dishonest with your adverts of vehicles you have advertised here. You have been exposed several times on these boards. I would advise any one who has bought a vehicle from you in the past to visit the Customs processing centre of any port to confirm the validity and genuineness of the documents accompanying such vehicles.

How do you know the vehicle paid duty since you are not the owner of the thread or are you using various alternates?
The OP has been found to be dishonest with his advert,how do we know if duty was paid on the vehicle?

It is obvious you know nought about activities in the Nigerian ports.
I am sure you might have heard of "machined outside" entries and documents which is a process whereby no customs duty is paid but documents are forged in Oluwole style and the vehicles/containers are then smuggled out of the ports with connivance of security agents/NPA staffers/shipping company officials and crooked customs agents.
Secondly there is the method called "flying" of vehicles in which no documents are provided and the vehicle is fraudulently smuggled out of the port gates and fake documents are later procured for the vehicle in Oluwole or at Nnewi buildings.
Please do not talk about what you don't know.

I find it amusing though that u will term it as a distasteful exercise and a lame attempt to come out as an educated motorist simply because I used the right nomenclature for an engine. Quite frankly, I just find it easier to; it doesn't matter how you feel about it. While your inputs would've been appreciated, you don't matter that much.

It's my thread and my project. If u find anything distasteful, u shd excuse urself rather that stoop to this level of childishness sir.

But naija dealers 4 out of 5 is fraud..

Mr Whiteman sells you are more salvaged car than you expected or displayed.. But still declares it salvage..

Just last week, Somebody I know bought a toks 07 corolla...Immediately I saw the car with brand new shining headlamps.. I Knew it had front impact accident but in my mind I felt accident might not be too severe.
As the baba put licence plates, I used the lagos licence to get the vin number...
Accident was serious, airbags deployed
Colour was even changed... From white to gray.
We both know very soon the new colour will start peeling.

Car was sold to the old man as accident free, first body, factory AC. Worst part he bought it from a family friend at slightly above present market price because he probably believed the sweet mouth of his family friend.. This car is not accidented, all does cheaper ones are accidented.
