windows 8.1,just google appsx4fun then download any apps you want to your laptop,connect your phone to your laptop move the downloaded app to your phone memory or memory card then enter your phone store click on the 3 dots you will see an option to install local apps.

Or first unscrew the phone remove all the connector blow it and reattached it on it and check if it works if not you need a new digitizer

As a sequel to the signature contest, here's a more challenging contest for programmers who are true computer scientists:

Write a program that will read a sound recording (mp3 format) containing at least 10 seconds of a Nigerian politician talking, and then print "Yes" to the console if the person speaking in the sound recording is President Buhari, and "No" if the person speaking is not President Buhari.

You can use any common programming language that runs on Windows 7/8/10. Use only open source libraries that I can compile on Windows.

The prize is 50,000 naira and I will award it to the first contestant whose code achieves a high level of accuracy (~90%).

I am a christian but I will say you shouldn't merge it cause firstly christianity as never being a religion and ot will never be one, christianity is a culture and if there would be a special forum for christian it should be in the culture section
