casualobserver:
The stupid British people under David cameron are the ones who invaded Libya and killed ghaddafi and unleashed millions of rifles and ammunition in a free for all that ended up in the hands of nomadic foreign herdsmen and bandits. These bandits are muslim, they kill muslims too go ask them in the North!!!
The Truth is always bitter, for every one christian killed 3 Muslims must have died, this not an excuse for government negligence & complicit. It's a fact that corruption has eaten deep into the system asuch security of lifes & properties cannot escape its, evil effect. So those trying to add fuel into this religious sentiments, should also be ready for it's consequences.

TruthDefender:
The other side of the story. We wait to see what is true or not:
This is another possibility below:

Ikem Okuhu write!
Facts on the Ekweremadu matter
================
1. Ike Ekweremadu wasn't involved in any organ trafficking
2. He has a daughter who needs a transplant.
3. A willing donor was seen in Nigeria and travel preparations were made.
4. Ike Ekweremadu did write to the British High Commission, explaining the situation
5. The donor travelled to the UK with the patient.
6. The donor is a 21 year old man and not a girl as many are writing.
7. He is not a minor.
8. As it happened, the organ did not even match.
8. Not wanting to return to Nigeria, the donor went to report that he was trafficked to London for possible organ harvest, believing same would guarantee him asylum.

That's the other perspective
Do you think some that was promised money to sell his organ will now snitch on his customers ?.
This your nyamiri story get k leg.

I laughed at some people when they were calling for gun restrictions to be implemented nationwide, they don't know that it's all about the corporate interest that their cries feel on deaf ears.

Every institution in America is run like an industry, their prison system, the health system, their financial system and many more.

Opioid epidemic is endemic and rampant in the US and you'd be surprised to know that the govt have a hand in it and that one is another industry on its own.

Wooo, make una gbagbe.
It's called " Structural Functionalism". The police need criminals, for them to catch thieves, where the seller of food will sell to prisoners. All in All, All is business.

Politics › Re: David Abioye Lists Qualities Of A Pesidential Candidate That Should Be Voted For by Realists(m): 1:52pm On Jun 23, 2022
doxtun:
As a Yoruba guy who has spent over 25years in the North. I would say Peter Obi has the best chance of winning the 2023 elections if he plays it well. Atiku's biggest roadblock is his tribe, especially among Christians in the north who have suffered tremendously under Buhari a Fulani nepotistic president. Secondly, Tinubu running a Muslim Muslim ticket would cause a large number of Christians in the North and SW to find solace in Obi. Obi should focus on converting the votes of Christians in the North who I believe is over 40% of the population of the total north. The fact there are no large northern Christian tribes like the Hausa/Fulani does not mean they are a minority as assumed.
Fake news, Fake statistics, Fake analysis, Muslims are over 75 percentage of Northern population. Don't give peter obi students flase hope for the president come 2023 shall be Atiku or Batman.

Politics › Re: Voters Registration: Dele Momodu Defends Borno With Proof by Realists(m): 8:41pm On Jun 22, 2022
booblacain:
just curious. Was the Ovation palliative open to all states?

The 8000 applications from Borno Dele is talking about is it compared to amount of applications he received in places like Lagos that have more technology penetrations or only compared to other states in the North?

I ask these questions because the people bringing up these controversies about number of registered voters in Borno are actually basing their arguments by comparing the numbers to other more peaceful and more tech knowledgeable states.

Though I must add that the amount of tech knowledge or penetrations in a state may not always reflect on the amount of people registering, it is mostly determined by the willingness of the people to even register in the first place. So, no matter the amount of tech knowledge, if the people have high voter's apathy in a particular area, there will be less registration there.
Northerners are politically conscious more than yahoo yahoo boys down south, ask BBC for figures.

subsidywise18:
At the end of the day the reason why secession failed was because the minorities were not treated well by the majority.

In other words, Biafra became a replica of Nigeria.

Moral for today's secessionists. Ye must be sober and watchful. Remember in the bible, God was always telling the children of Israel not to be as oppresive as the Egyptians.

Anyway, what we need, more than secession or one nigeria...is good governance at all levels, and increased participation in our democratic process.
Hmmm, you mean in this cycle of life the strong will always trample on the weak.
The Nyamiris have still not regreted their actions on wanting to force & conquer ijaws.

Christianity Etc › Re: Mbaka Distances Himself From Protest Against Closure Of His Adoration Ministry by Realists(m): 7:08pm On Jun 20, 2022
SmartPolician:
It's quite unfortunate that Mbaka had to wait for things to get this bad before he learnt his lessons. Father Mbaka needs the prayers of those who really care, not protest because protest cannot change the decision of the bishop.

The Catholic Church in Nigeria needs Father Mbaka. All Father Mbaka needs to do is show some remorse and commitment to avoiding partisan politics - which runs contrary to the tenets of the church - and Adoration will start again. May God bless the universal church.
Where is the freedom of expression & speech?, Christians always wail because Muslim won't tolerate them insulting prophets of God, but here they are punishing Mbaka for expressing his view, the freedom of speech only apply to Muslims ?.

Power on Peter Obi, so many people like Ndu and Atiku are making billions from our collective pain and misery, maybe Ndu might be importing and selling generators like Atiku.

Young Nigerians needs power to set up small scale businesses and industries that will employ our teeming young people in productive ventures, Egypt has made a succes of increasing their power output, Peter Obi is a visionary leader.
Peter obi failed to turn Anambra state to a silicone valley for eight years, how on earth can he upgrade Nigeria?.
