victorv12: These attacks looks like a false flag attack to me. It doesn't mean when something is a false flag people won't die. If you guys check the Texas shooting, you will realize most of the people that end up dead were the minority. Mostly Latinos.
The funny thing about some of these attacks, when the US government is about to deprive their citizens of their rights in the Congress by signing an Act that is not favourable to the citizenry, by distracting and taking away their freedom, the government easily carry out a false flag attack.
Some of these attacks are not because they make use of crisis actors and actresses to fake some of the things we watch on CNN and Fox News to deceive the citizenry. If I am an American, what to focus on right now is the Congress. In the last few days that the Texas shooting took place, what Bill did the members of the Congress passed. Is it favourable to the American masses or not? Just say the bitter truth America as a christian country is a terrorists state. Had this type of mass shooting is happening in any Islamic country. chloride6: Everything is wrong with a Muslim Muslim to ticket.
Nigerian Leadership should be a reflection of the characteristics of the Nigerian People. A situation where Christians have no representation at the highest levels is unacceptable.
Plus, it marks the beginning of the end of Christian influence in Nigeria. Infact you can see this is a continuation of the gradual weakening of the Christian resolve in Nigeria. States like Kaduna that used to be sure of deputy governor no longer even have them. If we start this trend in the presidency, we will not like the outcome.
Also it is extremely selfish for the Muslim community in Nigeria to even think about the presidency after 8 years, are you trying to subjugate the Christians in Nigeria?
A vote for Muslim in 2023 will eventually lead to 24 years of Muslim rule in Nigeria (8 years Buhari, 8 years southern Muslim, follow up 8 years Northern Muslim) which may be followed up by another 8 years of another Muslim. Politics is a game of numbers, moreover the first killings of Nigerian leaders started with Igbo christians of Southern origin killing only Muslims leaders of Northern origin. |

Politics › Re: Peter Obi, Pat Utomi To Contest Labour Party Presidential Primary Today by Realists(m): 7:19am On May 30, 2022 |
Ifesinachi22: Peter Obi ran arguably the best election campaign in Anambra (still) as far back as 2003.
"Are we cursed or are we the cause?"
I was a kid back then, but it was so good it reverberated everywhere...and everyone bought it.
The people bought it, and the people voted him in even though he ran under an almost unknown party, in a state that was firmly under PDP's grasp.
...and what is happening now, 20 years later, is almost what played out back then.
Reason he ran under APGA.
PDP didn't see him coming, and they've not been able to get back the state since then.
I see people talking about how Nigeria is a two-party state and no one can win if they're not in PDP or APC...and I don't know if it's just plain ignorance or selective dishonesty.
First, Nigeria doesn't run a party system in the true sense of the term.
Both APC and PDP are really from the same family, recycling the same set of politicians from the same pool. So there's nothing like party...there's just interests and structure.
Before 2014, APC as a party was not existing. It was mostly just PDP and a bunch of upcoming parties (yes, I'll call them upcoming. I don't know why we're acting like we have forgotten.
Three parties came together and formed APC to give them structure...and at the same time, they pulled some big names from PDP, weakening PDP's structure.
Then they ran one of the best opposition campaigns so far in our history...and they produced a President in less than two years of formation.
Like I said, I don't know if it's ignorance or selective dishonesty, or just sheer stupidity... that is making some of us believe "Peter Obi's political career is finished" and "he can't win outside the two parties" just because he left the PDP.
First of all, Peter Obi has always ran personality campaigns. To him, the party is just a vehicle...and he's always loyal, once you don't play any funny tricks.
He ran one in 2003 with APGA, and won. He was the one that gave APGA the current structure it has.
PDP was always supposed to be a vehicle to get him to where he needed to be, and he was willing to serve if that was what it takes. For him to leave now, he's a victim of politricks, and they played a card he didn't consider fair.
But his leaving has driven PDP back to 2015 when they lost the people's backing...cos they just lost it again.
He only needs to form a powerful alliance, and draw more big names from both APC and PDP...and boom, Nigeria becomes a three-party state. This would also give him the structure he needs.
But structure or no structure, if Nigerians come out to vote en masse, we can elect who we want to elect.
Nigeria's youths alone represent about 40m of our 200m population. The last two elections didn't even see a total of 40m voter turnout.
If we give Peter 40m votes, it can win him the election. And even if it's stolen from him...Peter is not exactly new to the courts. He has reclaimed his stolen mandate twice...from PDP. You really think he'll allow them steal it again?
...and if you think Peter Obi can't sponsor his own election campaign comfortably, then you obviously do not know this man well enough.
Anyways, my entire point is. If you do not want Peter Obi to win, that's okay. It's cool. Just chest your bias and say so already. Just stop spreading the false narratives as a faux Peter Obi supporter.
It's obvious Nigeria is not ready to fix itself. Some of us are ready to put up a good fight. It's either you're with us, or you're not. But don't claim to be with us and at the same time trying to demoralise us.
Respect your manhood. because he won in 5% region dose not mean, he can manipulate other 95%, because he is a ethnic bigot, he was busy burning bridges with his online warriors and today he wants those enemies mandate. |

Babangida was so corrupt that his shadows chased him out of power

We must know our history so that when we want to make corrections, we will not end up concealing the truth. There is a tendency to think those are truths and facts. *What follows are documented facts that can be cross-checked for authenticity!"* Thou shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. *“Prof. Ben Nwabueze was the man who drafted the constitution that took away powers from regions and handed it to the central government because his brother AguiyTHEORY WOES IN NIGERIA TODAY: The Igbo man is known to enjoy blaming the Hausa fulanis, Yorubas and indeed every other Nigerian tribe and Lord Luggard/Britain for their seeming claim of being in third class citizen status in Nigeria. In their perpetual attempts to play the victim card, they recount the political events of Nigeria from 1914 to the present in a half-baked and highly selective manner which cleverly avoids the mention of the roles played by their elite who by all natural laws of judgement were actually responsible for the woes that befell not only the Igbo race but the entire Nigeria nation. The story told in the post above is one of such selective and distorted accounts of history which the average Igbo man is fond of narrating. However, the national archives have the complete and unedited history of Nigeria regarding the political events beginning way back from even before 1914. I will therefore proceed to furnish my readers with the complete story for all to read and be endowed with enough facts so as to judge and act from an informed position. Shortly after the 1914 Amalgamation of the Northern and Southern Protectorates, it started getting clear that the country was bound to fail as the amalgamation in question was done with colonial fiat without the consent and consensus of the different tribes which were over 300. This prompted the political leaders to start asking for de-amalgamation so as to forestall the future danger which the forced amalgamation portended. To that end, Ahmadu Bello, speaking on behalf of the Northern protectorate in 1944 described the amalgamation as "The mistake of 1914 which if allowed to remain will ultimately lead to unstoppable bloodshed and a failed country". Awolowo, speaking on behalf of the Yorubas and Western minorities, described Nigeria as a mere geographical expression not qualified to be called a country let alone a nation. |
