So I only need to change name servers if I want to have the marketplace landing page? Because sedo and uniregistry are requesting I change name servers

I have some domains with Dan as landing page. I decided to list them on sedo which they requested for ownership verification...
I followed the process and changed the TXT. Does this means it will affect the Dan landing page for the domains? because when I tried loading the domains they're not going.

An end user complained to me that he couldn't pay for my domain with his PayPal and credit card BIN, I complained to Dan and I also send him a lead. I've received and accepted his offer, Waiting for payment. Dan is yet to receive his payment but they have send him a payment reminder.

I Mailed him last week to inquire if he still encounter payment issue, and also this week but no replay.
NB: the first outbound he replied within 5 minutes, follow up email he replied within 5 minutes.

But this one now he kept mute.

Does this show that he is no longer interested? Should I just cancel the agreement and proceed ?

Guys I registered a name at directnic during the recent promo. I outbound and an end user is interested.

NB: I was ignorant of the fact that the domain can't be pushed or transferred till 60 days.

Contacted one via Whatsapp before buying the domain, main reason as you may know is that they prefer their own extention. But he showed interest and asked me how much? I quickly rushed and registered it, set up a landing page and quoted $1,200, negotiable.
